Official description of the call
OBJECT AND PURPOSE The purpose of these rules is to call for the MUNICIPAL AID PROGRAM FOR EXEMPLARY CONTRACTING within the scope of the Vilagarcía de Arousa City Council for the financial year 2023. BENEFICIARIES The beneficiaries of the subsidies may be private individuals or legal entities located in the regions of Salnés and Caldas, who formalize, to provide services in them, employed contracts with workers dismissed under the terms indicated in the First Base, in which, in general, the exclusionary circumstances indicated in Law 9/2007 of June 13 on Galician Subsidies and in Law 38/2003 of November 17, General on Subsidies, do not occur. The purpose of these rules is to regulate the granting of subsidies in the financial year 2023, for the promotion and maintenance of employed employment, of: - People registered in the municipality, with a minimum of one year's seniority in the registry of inhabitants at the time of starting the contract, hired full-time through indefinite contracts formalized between October 1, 2023 and September 30, 2023. AMOUNT The amount of the aid will be a minimum of 800 euros and a maximum of 3,000 for each contract, depending on the score obtained in application of the scoring scale. A maximum of three contracts per company may be subsidized. ELIGIBLE EXPENSES Indefinite employment contracts may be subsidized, the purpose of which is to raise the level of stable and quality employment, promoting the creation of jobs linked by contracts of an indefinite nature. FORM OF PRESENTATION In compliance with the provisions of article 14.2 and 3 of Law 39/2015 of October 1 on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, the aid applications regulated in this call will be submitted electronically through the electronic headquarters of the Vilagarcía City Council through application form 50002 and standardized annexes that will be available at the following link (headquarters. vilagarcia. gal/catalog of procedures/local development/50002) The actions included in this call will be financed from budget item 241-470 "Business promotion – subsidies for employment promotion" of the current municipal budget, with a total amount of €45,000. The credit may be extended and the budget item modified, after declaration of availability of the credit in the terms referred to in article 30.2 of the Decree 11/2009, through resolution published for this purpose. ENTRY INTO FORCE These rules will come into force the day after the publication of this extract in the BOPPO.
