Official description of the call
ª.–OBJECT OF THE CALL. The objectives pursued by the aid regulated in these bases are the empowerment and promotion of activities that improve and contribute to the community participation of all the residents of the Mondariz town hall, in the carrying out of recreational, social, cultural, sporting or free-time activities. ª.–BENEFICIARIES/The. The beneficiaries will be the associations with scope of action in the municipal area of the Mondariz City Council for the development of activities and programs of general interest carried out from January 1, 2023 to December 15, 2023. ª. – ELIGIBLE ACTIVITIES/PROJECTS. The following activities/projects carried out within the territory of the Mondariz city council in 2023 will be eligible for subsidies in the following areas or subjects: • EQUALITY: equipment and activities that promote the equality and integration of people or groups that may be subject to discrimination, that enhance the responsibility and equal participation of women and men, that facilitate the reconciliation of family, work and personal life. • SENIORS: equipment and activities that promote the image of older people without stereotypes, as well as active aging campaigns (marches, hikes, workshops, excursions, sports activities...) • YOUTH AND CHILDREN: equipment and activities that promote education in values, increased social participation of youth, democratic education and the promotion of prosociality: training for active life, sustainable development, environmental protection, cultural enrichment and the adoption of healthy lifestyle habits. • HEALTH AND SPORTS: equipment and activities that promote healthy lifestyles (gymnastics, yoga, piles, aerobics, conferences, conferences, courses, workshops...) and that socialize sports practices. • LEISURE AND LEISURE TIME: equipment and activities that promote spaces for coexistence and meeting: manual work workshops, restoration, music, reading, dance, theater, etc. As well as traditional activities and celebrations such as magostos, cacharelas, carnival, popular festivals of the municipality, etc. • CULTURE AND ENVIRONMENT: equipment and activities that promote knowledge about artistic, cultural and environmental heritage (traditional games workshops, courses, seminars, conferences, colloquiums, routes, etc.) Each land entity may present a single project or activity; If there were several, they had been informed which choice was the most appropriate or it had been chosen ex officio based on the general interests of the citizens. ª.–PLACE AND DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS. Since the potential beneficiaries of the aid are legal entities obliged to interact through electronic means with the administrations in accordance with article 14.2 of law 39/2015 of October 1, the standard application for the call (Annex I) had to be submitted to the Municipal Registry exclusively by electronic means through the electronic headquarters of the Mondariz City Council, and will be accompanied by the following documents: Documents accrediting the personality of the applicant (DNI, NIF, CIF) and statutes that govern it in the case of legal entities. Certificate of bank details relating to the entity, account number (IBAN), ownership, which allow the amount of the subsidy to be made effective by transfer, in the event that the subsidy is granted. Report of the investments and activities or actions scheduled or carried out, with specific indication of the following: Line for which help is requested (Line 1 or Line 2), participating people, activities or investments for which help is requested, calendar for programming or carrying out the investment or activity, people who are beneficiaries of the investment or activity and expense amounts (without VAT and with VAT). The Report must be signed electronically by the representative of the entity. d) Declaration of requests and grants of other aid or subsidies by any public administration (Annex II). e) Sworn declaration confirming that the applicant is not involved in any of the causes of prohibition of receiving subsidies or public aid mentioned in article 13 of Law 38/2003.
