ANNOUNCEMENT OF CALL, IN EARLY PROCESSING, FOR SUBSIDIES IN THE AREA OF AGRICULTURE, LIVESTOCK, ENVIRONMENT AND CLIMATE CHANGE OF THE PROVINCIAL COUNCIL OF JAÉN FOR SUPPORT IN FAVOR OF CONFEDERATIONS, FEDERATIONS AND ASSOCIATIONS OR OTHER NON-PROFIT ENTITIES OF THE PROVINCE OF JAÉN 2024. First. Beneficiaries The confederations, federations, associations or other non-profit entities that carry out their activity in municipalities of the province of Jaén that are legally constituted and registered in the Registry of associations of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia or the one that, in any case, may correspond, and whose activity for which they request a subsidy has a place within the social object or social purposes of the same, will also be considered beneficiaries. Associations of mothers and fathers will also be considered beneficiaries. parents of students from the province of Jaén (AMPAS). Second. Purpose To regulate the granting of subsidies, under a competitive competition regime, for the development of the following LINES: 1. PROMOTION AGRI-FOOD PRODUCTS: projects that promote the visibility and revitalization of the agri-food sector of the province of Jaén, agricultural diversification, integrated and ecological production, and the preservation of the endogenous phytogenetic and livestock heritage of the province of Jaén (preservation of varieties / breeds native to Jaén). 2. ENVIRONMENTAL AWARENESS: activities, programs and projects for promotion, study and awareness on matters for: - Environmental sustainability. - Fight against climate change. - Conservation of biodiversity. - Enhancement of the night sky. - Sustainable mobility. - Green areas. - Animal protection. Third. Regulatory Bases Bases for the Call, in advance processing, for Subsidies from the Area of Agriculture, Livestock, Environment and Climate Change of the Provincial Council of Jaén for support in favor of confederations, federations and associations or other non-profit entities of the province of Jaén 2024 (Resolution of the Deputy Delegate of the Area of Agriculture, Livestock, Environment and Climate Change no. 528, of 11-14-2023), subsidies section. https://www.dipujaen.es/conoce-diputacion/areas-organismos-empresas/areaI/subvenciones/subvenciones-2024 Basis of Execution of the Budget of the Provincial Council of Jaén for the year 2023 BEP (BOP. no. 250, of 12-30-2022). Deadline for submitting applications 20 WORKING DAYS from the day following the publication of this extract in the OFFICIAL BULLETIN of the province of Jaén. Sixth. Other data of interest Execution period: The execution of the activities, projects and programs to be subsidized for both lines will extend from January 1 to December 31, 2024. Obligation to submit applications through the Jaén Provincial Council Electronic Registry (art. 8 of the Call): https://sede.dipujaen.es/AyudaSubvenciones Eligible activities: Activities, programs and projects within the scope of the lines eligible. Exclusions: Excluded from this Call are actions consisting of: - Acquisition, construction, rehabilitation and/or improvement of inventoried assets, understood as design expenses. - The aid may not in any case contemplate remuneration of personnel statutorily linked to the beneficiary entity. - Equipment of any type. - Actions consisting of: * Design, creation or development of web pages or similar. * Sociocultural trips or tickets for any type of building or event (cultural, sports and/or leisure visits), or day of group coexistence (meals). Travel expenses by taxi and own vehicle. * Accommodation and subsistence expenses for staff statutorily linked to the beneficiary entity. * Expenses for gift delivery. Eligible expenses: Those provided for in art. 18 of the Call.
