BDNS: In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhafp.gob.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatorias) and this BOJA. First. Call 2024 and maximum amounts available for each purpose. A public call is made for the year 2024, under a competitive competition regime, for subsidies to Non-Governmental Development Organizations (NGDOs) that carry out international cooperation interventions for development by the Andalusian Agency for International Development Cooperation, in accordance with the purposes, maximum amounts and budget items specified below, in accordance with the maximum global budget allocation, which amounts to €14,865,816.00, and budget distribution by purpose, International Development Cooperation Projects. In order to comply with the commitment to finance the Least Advanced Countries of Andalusian cooperation, at least 40% of the maximum amount will be used to finance projects in the Least Advanced Countries, the Sahrawi Population and Palestine. 11,149,362.00 0152010000G/82B/48000/00 01 Humanitarian Action Projects, except emergencies. Consequently, the budget allocation assigned to a purpose that is not compromised may be accumulated with the remaining ones. Likewise, according to the provisions of article 10.e) of the Regulation of Subsidy Granting Procedures of the Administration of the Junta de Andalucía, approved by Decree 282/2010, of May 4, it is established that possible increases in the available credit will make possible a complementary resolution of the granting of the subsidy that includes applications that, even though they meet all the requirements, have not been beneficiaries due to exhaustion of the same. Second. Beneficiaries. Non-Governmental Development Organizations (NGDOs), registered in the Registry of Agents of International Development Cooperation. Third. Object. The financing of International Development Cooperation and Humanitarian Action projects, except emergencies, in prioritized countries of Andalusian cooperation, Education for Development and Training, Research and Innovation, which are included in the Andalusian Development Cooperation Plan. Room. Regulatory bases. The call will be governed by the aforementioned Order of June 21, 2016 (BOJA no. 120, of June 24, 2016), modified by the Order of June 10, 2020 (extraordinary BOJA no. 37, of June 12, 2020), which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies, on a competitive basis, to Organizations Non-Governmental Development Organizations (NGDOs) that carry out international cooperation interventions for development by the Andalusian Agency for International Development Cooperation. Fifth. Maximum subsidy amount. Within each purpose, the maximum amount of subsidy for each project will be: • International Development Cooperation Projects: €300,000.00. • Humanitarian Action Projects, except emergency: €300,000.00. • Development Education Projects: €80,000.00. • Training, Research and Innovation Projects: €80,000.00.
