Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries Students who will attend during the 2024-2025 school year, the first cycle levels of Early Childhood Education (2 years), second cycle of Early Childhood Education and Primary Education in centers supported with public funds of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia that have a school cafeteria service. To obtain this aid, it will be an essential requirement that the income of the family unit in 2023 does not exceed, depending on the number of eligible members, the maximum amounts determined in the call. Second. Object. The purpose of this Order is to call, for the 2024-2025 academic year, school cafeteria aid for students enrolled in centers supported by public funds (public centers and subsidized private centers) located in the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia that have this complementary service in the aforementioned Third academic year. Regulatory Bases. The regulatory bases by which these aid are governed were established through the Order of the Ministry of Education and Culture of February 1, 2021 (BORM no. 28 of February 4, 2021). Room. Amount. The maximum amount of aid will be 5,580,000.00 euros. The individual amount will be equal to the result of multiplying the daily price of the dining service in the corresponding center by the number of days of provision during the ordinary period of operation of said service (from September 2024 to June 2025), Fifth. Application submission deadline. The ordinary deadline for submitting applications will be 15 business days from the day following the publication of the extract of this call in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia. This deadline applies to all students who are enrolled in the center on the date of publication of this call. For those students who are not enrolled in the center before the opening of the previous term (students of Early Childhood Education of generally 2, 3 years old, or of other levels, who have joined the center once said term has ended, who come from a center without a school cafeteria), as well as for possible repeaters of the last year taken at the center (generally 6th of Primary Education) who know that they will remain at the School for one more year after the date of publication of this call, an extraordinary period for submitting applications will be opened that will extend from June 15 to July 5, 2024, both inclusive and will require the presentation of the same documentation and requirements as for the ordinary period. Exceptionally, applications may be admitted outside the extraordinary period indicated above in the case of students who have joined the center once said period has ended, who come from a center without a school cafeteria or from a center outside the region, a circumstance that must be reliably accredited by the management. by means of a certificate stating the date of enrollment in the educational center, within the period stipulated for this, which is from September 1 to 5. Exceptionally, applications from newly created centers that are authorized before the end of the aforementioned period will also be accepted. Sixth. Other data. These aids are incompatible with any others that could be obtained for the same purpose from other public administrations or public or private entities.
