Official description of the call
First. - Regulatory Bases: Order ATP/55/2020, of September 29, which approves the regulatory bases for granting subsidies for information activities and promotion of agri-food products and for the holding of agri-food and livestock fairs within the Autonomous Community of La Rioja (B.O.R no. 131, of October 2, 2020). Second. -Object: For the year 2024, under a competitive competition regime, aid is called for information activities and promotion of agri-food products and for the holding of agri-food and livestock fairs within the Autonomous Community of La Rioja, regulated by Order ATP/55/2020, of September 29. Third. - Beneficiaries and requirements: In accordance with ATP Regulatory Order 55/2020, of September 29, beneficiaries may be those determined in article 2. Fourth. - Amount: The expenditure for the aforementioned call is approved, which will be financed from budget items 05.03.4123.461.00 “Town Councils” for an amount of one hundred and sixty-two thousand euros (€162,000.00) and 05.03.4123.480.07 “Quality brands” for an amount of two hundred and ten thousand euros. (€210,000.00) from the expenditure budget of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Rural World and Environment, charged to the 2024 budget year. BUDGET APPLICATION 05.03.4123.461.00 AMOUNT 162,000.00 EUROS BUDGET APPLICATION 05.03.4123.480.07 AMOUNT 210,000.00 EUROS TOTAL: 372,000.00 EUROS Fifth. - Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications and the remaining required documentation will be 20 business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and declared holidays from the calculation, counting from the day following the publication of this call in the B.O.R. Article 14.2 of the current Law 39/2015, of October 1, of the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations establishes the obligation of legal persons, entities without legal personality, those who represent an interested party who is obliged to interact electronically and the employees of Public Administrations for the procedures and actions carried out with them by reason of their status as public employees in the manner determined by regulation by each administration, to interact with Public Administrations through of electronic media. Subsidy applications and accompanying documentation will be addressed to the General Director of Rural Development in the available models (C/ Avenida de la Paz, 8-10 - Logroño), in the Citizen Service (C/ Beti Jai previously C/ Capitán Cortés nº 1 of Logroño), or through the electronic headquarters of the Government of La Rioja https://www.larioja.org/oficina-electronica/es?web=&tipo=05. If the interested party does not have an electronic address enabled in the electronic notification system of this Administration, they must process the registration directly at the web address www.larioja.org/notifications, or request the competent body in the prior communication model to process said registration, for which they must indicate a personal email account for the notification of the making available of a notification.
