SUBSIDIES TO NON-GOVERNMENTAL DEVELOPMENT ORGANIZATIONS (NGDO) FOR THE CARRYING OUT OF INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION PROJECTS. CALL FOR 2024. VIGO CITY COUNCIL (SOCIAL POLICY). EXTRACT OF THE CALL In accordance with the provisions of Arts. 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of L.38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the EXTRACT OF THE CALL for the indicated subsidy program is published. Its full text can be consulted on the BDNS website. Beneficiaries. Non-Governmental Development Organizations (NGDO) that meet the requirements established in the Bases. Object and purpose. The subsidies granted under this Program, on a competitive basis, are intended to carry out international cooperation projects in less developed countries that contribute to achieving the objectives of sustainable development. Regulatory bases. The Regulatory Bases, approved by the Local Government Board of the Vigo City Council, were published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Pontevedra No. 68 of Monday, April 8, 2024. Budget credit. The call will be endowed with a total budget of 60,000? and the expense may be financed from application no. 2310.480.00.09 of the municipal budgets (?Call for Cooperation subsidies?). Submission of applications and deadline. Interested entities may submit their subsidy applications, in a standardized model (ANNEX I), in the electronic Registry of this City Council or in the other places indicated in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1 (LPACAP). The submission period will be one month from the official publication of the extract of the call in the form and under the terms provided for in L.38/2003. Likewise, it will be published on the notice board and edicts of the City Council and on the website: www.vigo.org and must be inserted in the ?Portal of Transparency and Good Government? of the Vigo City Council: http://transparencia.vigo.org. The request must be accompanied by the documentation listed in the Bases. Valuation criteria and amount of aid. a) Experience of the requesting NGO or association and the counterpart (from 0 to 18 Pts.): ? Number of projects carried out by the applicant NGDO: two to four projects in the last three years, 2 points. Five or more projects in the last three years, 4 points. ? Experience in the area/country of the applicant NGDO. Accredited presence in the country, with projects in the last three years, 4 points. ? Joint work experience between the NGDO and the counterpart, specified in projects, activities, campaigns, etc.: up to two years of previous experience with the counterpart, 1 point; two years of experience, 2 points; three or more years, 4 points. ? Experience in the sector of action of the requesting NGDO and the counterpart. Three or more projects in the sector of action (both from the requesting NGDO and the counterpart) in the last three years, 2 points. Five or more projects in the sector of action (between the two, the requesting NGO and the counterpart) in the last three years, 4 points. ? Have headquarters, registered office or permanent delegation in the Autonomous Community of Galicia, and commitment to keep it open for at least one (1) year after the completion of the project. For these purposes, a permanent delegation will be understood as one that has permanent organizational personnel, whether hired or volunteer, and fixed premises for carrying out activities and/or those that accredit the carrying out of activities in Galicia, 2 pts. b) Number of beneficiaries of the project (from 0 to 6 Pts.): ? From 10 to 20 people, 2 points. ? From 21 to 40 people: 4 points. ? More than 41 people: 6 points. c) Degree of adaptation of the project to the priorities indicated in Base 2, paragraphs. a), b) and c) (from 0 to 25 Points): ? Projects to be developed in countries considered geographically strategic in the Galician Cooperation Master Plan (Africa: Cape Verde, Mozambique and Guinea Bissau; South America: Bolivia, Ecuador, Peru; Central America: El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua; Caribbean: Dominican Republic), in those considered least developed countries (LDC) or with a low Human Development Index (HDI), in those where Galician cooperation has generated capacities in caring for refugee populations and displaced persons and countries affected by conflict or
