BDNS: In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans) and in this BOJA: First. Call. The following lines of subsidies are being called for the year 2024, in the form of concession under a competitive concurrence regime, within the scope of the Ministry of Employment, Business and Self-Employment: Eligible line / Budget item / Maximum amounts / Annuity 2024 / Annuity 2025 / Totals (in euros) • Line 2. Dissemination and Promotion E.S./ 1200018069/ G/ 72C/ 48705 00 01/ 325,000.00/ 325,000.00/ 650,000.00 • Line 3. Promotion of Social Entrepreneurship/ 1200018069/ G/ 72C/78702 00 01/ 2010000870/ 350,000.00/ 350,00,000/ 700,000.00 • Line 4. Business Innovation and Competitiveness E. S./ 1200018069/ G/ 72C/ 78712 00 01/ 2012000692/ 400,000.00/ 400,000.00/ 800,000.00 Second. Beneficiary entities. The entities provided for in article 3.1 letters a) and b) of the Order of June 6, 2014 may be beneficiaries for each of the subsidy lines. In any case, for each of the subsidy lines, the requesting entities must meet the requirements established in sections 2, 3, 4 and 5 of article 3 of the Order of June 6, 2014. Third. Object. In general, the purpose of each of these lines of subsidies is: a). Line 2 Dissemination and Promotion of the Social Economy: Carrying out activities aimed at disseminating and promoting the business formulas under which social economy entities are organized among the population in general, and among entrepreneurs in particular, placing special emphasis on the principles and values that govern their actions, as well as any other action aimed at improving the knowledge available about this sector. b). Line 3 Promotion of Social Entrepreneurship: The promotion of employment through advisory actions related to the constitution of social economy companies, including the transformation of entities with already existing economic activity into social economy companies, the economic and financial viability of social economy companies, the generational change in companies in this sector, and the recovery of companies with difficulties by their own workers. c). Line 4 Business Innovation and Competitiveness of the Social Economy: The carrying out of activities that make a substantive contribution to increasing the level of business competitiveness and sustainability of Andalusian cooperatives and labor societies and to the opening of new business possibilities. The specification of the purpose of the subsidies appears in the regulatory bases. Room. Regulatory bases. This call will be governed by the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies under a competitive competition regime in the field of the Ministry of Employment, Business and Self-Employment, approved by Order of the Ministry of Economy, Innovation, Science and Employment, of June 6, 2014. Fifth. Amount of subsidies. The maximum amount of the individual subsidy may be up to one hundred percent of the eligible expenses incurred by the entity for the execution of the action. Sixth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be ten business days and will begin the day following the day of publication in the Official Gazette of the Junta de Andalucía, of the extract of this call, in accordance with the provisions of article 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. Seventh. Other data. The applications and necessary documentation will be submitted electronically from the website https://juntadeandalucia.es/organismos/empleoempreaytrabajoautonomo/servicios/procedimientos.html, in the manner provided for in the resolution approving the call.
