Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries Women's associations may obtain beneficiary status as long as they meet the following requirements: Be legally constituted under Organic Law 1/2002, of March 22, regulating the right of association. Have its registered office in the municipality of Lalín. Have a territorial scope of action that does not exceed the municipal area of Lalín. Women members will represent at least 90% of the members. Not having to justify any subsidy granted by the Lalín City Council. Be registered in the Municipal Registry of Associations and have the information therein updated. Be up to date with your tax obligations, with Social Security and with the Lalín City Council. Have among its statutory purposes the promotion of equal opportunities or the defense of the rights and interests of women. In any case, those women's associations in which any of the circumstances established in article 10 of Law 9/2007 of June 13 on Galician subsidies exist may not have the status of beneficiaries. Second. Object The object of this call is the granting of subsidies aimed at carrying out activities by the women's associations of the Lalín City Council that contribute to the effective implementation of the principle of equality between women and men. The purpose of this subsidy is to support and consolidate the women's association network of the Lalín City Council, as a space for women's social participation. Likewise, these bases are intended to regulate the procedure for granting such subsidies under a competitive competition regime. Third. Regulatory bases Regulatory bases and call for subsidies for carrying out activities by the women's associations of the Lalin City Council during the year 2024 published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Pontevedra (BOPPO) of May 7, 2024. Fourth. Amount The amount planned for this call for subsidies charged to application 2312/48927 of the budget of the Lalín City Council for the year 2024 amounts to 6,000 euros, which represents the maximum of obligations that can be acquired under this call. The determination of the individualized amount of each subsidy will result from the score obtained after applying the criteria established in base 9 and the number of applications. In no case may it be of such an amount that, alone or in conjunction with other subsidies, aid, income or resources, it exceeds the cost of the subsidized activity. To this end, applicants must declare all aid requested or granted for the same purpose, at the time of the application or at any other time during the validity of the file in which it occurs. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 business days from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the province of Pontevedra. Sixth. Other information Exceptionally, if the competent body considers it appropriate, it may be agreed, with reasons, to advance payment of up to 50% of the subsidy based on the beneficiary's insufficient resources, and the beneficiary must present the supporting documents for the expense incurred within a maximum period of 3 months.
