Official description of the call

1. Beneficiary entities Both fishermen's and fishermen's guilds and the Federation of Brotherhoods or shellfish harvesters' groups may apply for this aid, with the requirement in all three cases that they are legally constituted and belong to the province of Pontevedra. 2. Eligible actions Aimed at supporting the brotherhoods, the Federation and the groups of shellfish harvesters in projects and actions that have as their objective: 1. Investments: • Surveillance material • Transport elements • Computer equipment, printers, labelers • Furniture • Reusable boxes and pallets • Constructions • Technical training and advice to develop the activity of the brotherhoods and the Federation of Brotherhoods As long as these actions are accounted by the beneficiary entity in accounting accounts of the fixed assets group. 2. It will be permitted to subsidize, on an extraordinary basis, actions whose purpose is the following current expenses: • Fuel and electricity • Acquisition of bivalve mollusk seed • Personnel expenses Applicable legislation Subsidy bases approved by the agreement of the Governing Board of the Provincial Council of Pontevedra of May 3, 2024; Bases for execution of the provincial Budget for the year 2024; LGS; Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, which approves the regulations of the LGS; General subsidy ordinance of the Provincial Council of Pontevedra and other applicable legislation. 3. Amount Subsidies for investments €75,000.00 Subsidies for current expenses €175,000.00 4. Submission period The deadline for submitting applications will be twenty (20) business days, counted from the day following the publication of this call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Pontevedra (BOPPO). 5. Other data of interest • Applications and documentation: they must be submitted electronically through the standardized form, available at the electronic headquarters of the Provincial Council of Pontevedra (https://sede.depo.gal). • Concession procedure: competitive competition. • Assessment criteria: those established in the twelfth basis of the call. • Eligible expenses: those necessary to develop the activity subject to subsidy. • Compatibility: compatible with other aid received from other organizations as long as the cost of the investment is not exceeded. • Payment method: transfer. • Form of justification: through an explanatory report stating that the expenses were applied to the intended purpose and the supporting account in which the invoices are detailed. • Maximum justification period: the activity or investment must end before December 31, 2024, the beneficiary entities must justify them before March 31, 2025.
