Official description of the call
First. Beneficiary entities. Public and private, non-profit associations, cultural, sports and/social groups that are legally constituted/registered and whose registered office is in the municipality of Zuia may be beneficiaries of these subsidies. Second. Object. Collaborate, within budgetary limits, in the granting of subsidies for the organization of cultural activities, promotion of Basque, sports and social activities, within the municipality of Zuia, and define objectives to guarantee citizens, under equal conditions, access to these benefits to develop services and activities that complement or replace those attributed to municipal jurisdiction. Third. Regulatory bases. The regulatory bases of this subsidy were approved by the Plenary Session of the Corporation on May 16, 2024 and will be published in the BOTHA. Room. Amount. The budget item for cultural and social associations is 334,481,000 for an amount of 29,000.00 euros and for sports associations 341,481,000 for an amount of 26,000.00 euros from the expenditure budget of the Zuia City Council for the year 2024. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications together with the documentation requested in the seventh base will be the last business day of the month of June. Interested entities will present the program/project of activities planned to be carried out during the 2023/2024 school year. All associations must submit the application within the established deadline. For activities or programs of a specific and/or extraordinary nature, they will be presented 1 month in advance of the start of the scheduled activity. In any case, the deadline will be November 19 of the current year.
