REGULATORY BASES AND CALL FOR SUBSIDIES FOR THE CARRYING OUT OF ACTIVITIES AND OPERATING EXPENSES OF THE MUSIC BANDS OF THE LALÍN CITY COUNCIL DURING THE YEAR 2024

Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries and requirements The music bands and traditional Galician music groups of the Lalín City Council will be beneficiaries of these subsidies provided that they meet the following requirements: a) Be validly constituted b) Have their registered office in Lalín c) Be registered in the Municipal Registry of Associations and have updated information therein d) Carry out their activities wholly or partially in the Lalín City Council e) Be made up of a minimum of 20 members f) Have management position g) Not have to justify any subsidy granted by the Lalín City Council h) Be up to date with their tax obligations, with the Social Security as well as with the Autonomous Administration and with the Lalín City Council In any case, those entities in which any of the circumstances established in article 13 of Law 38/2003 of November 17, General of Subsidies and in article 10 of the Law occur, may not have the status of beneficiaries 9/2007 of June 13 on subsidies from Galicia. All required requirements and conditions must be met on the date on which the application submission period ends. The beneficiary entities of the subsidies regulated in these bases may not be beneficiaries of the subsidies for cultural activities organized by the Lalín City Council. Second. Purpose The purpose of these rules is the granting of subsidies for carrying out activities as well as to defray the operating expenses of the music bands and traditional Galician music groups of the Lalín City Council that take place between December 1, 2023 and November 30, 2024. Third. Regulatory bases Regulatory bases and call for subsidies for carrying out activities and operating expenses of the music bands and traditional Galician music groups of the Lalín City Council published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Pontevedra (BOPPO no. 135 of July 11, 2024). Room. Amount The subsidies regulated under these bases will be made effective under budget application 334.48930 up to a maximum amount of eighty thousand euros (80,000 euros) corresponding to the budget of the Lalín City Council for the year 2024. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be fifteen business days from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province.
