Aid for the birth or adoption of sons and daughters (“Bono Pequepinsequero”)

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries. The following may be beneficiaries of the aid regulated in this Call: - Mothers or fathers whose child was born or adopted between January 1, 2024 and December 31, 2025, provided that the adopted minor is less than or equal to 5 years old. -Guardian with parental authority/guardianship, in the event of the death of the parents of the previous case. - In the event of divorce or separation, each parent will be entitled to the subsidy depending on the percentage of custody time that each parent has of the minor. To be eligible for the aid regulated in this call, beneficiaries must meet the following requirements: Be Spanish or a foreigner with legal residence in Spain (for both parents). Fathers and mothers must be registered in the municipality of Pinseque and at least the applicant must have been registered for 12 months at the time of requesting aid; except in the case of divorce or separation or single-parent families, where only the applicant will be required to be registered for 12 months at the time of applying for aid. The baby or child must be registered at the applicant's address at the time of the application. In the case of adoption, it will be an essential condition that the adoptee be less than or equal to 5 years old. Be up to date with payments with the Pinseque City Council. Not incur in any of the circumstances referred to in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, which prevent obtaining the status of beneficiary of the subsidy. Second. Purpose The purpose of the subsidy is to finance those expenses derived from the new birth or adoption of the child. It will be a condition for the expenses to be eligible for subsidies that the products have been purchased in any business in the town of Pinseque and are related to the needs of the baby or child. Third. Regulatory bases The regulatory bases for the granting of these subsidies are contained in the Ordinance regulating Aid for the birth or adoption of sons and daughters (Bono Pequepinsequero), approved by the Plenary Session of the Corporation in an ordinary session on January 30, 2024, and published definitively in BOPZ No. 210 of September 11, 2024. Fourth. Amount of aid. The individual amount of the aid regulated in this call will amount to four hundred and fifty euros (€450.00) for each child born or adopted (less than or equal to 5 years old). Fifth. Application submission deadline. Applications will be formulated in the model that appears as an Annex to this call. They will be addressed to the Mayor-President of the City Council, and will be presented in the City Hall Entry Registry or by any of the means indicated in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, or electronically through the electronic registry of the electronic headquarters of the Pinseque City Council [http://pinseque.sedelectronica.es], within a maximum period of twelve (12) months from the birth or adoption of the sons and daughters, and in any case, prior to December 31, 2025.
