BDNS (Identification): XXXXX In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans) and in this Bulletin Official of the Government of Andalusia. First. Call. Call for the financial year 2024, the granting of the following lines of subsidies regulated in the Order of October 3, 2024, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies, under a non-competitive competition regime, for job placement and the promotion of hiring in the area of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia. Emplea-T Program: a) Line 1. Incentive for the first ordinary permanent contract by self-employed workers. b)Line 2. Incentive for second or successive ordinary indefinite contracts by self-employed workers, and for any ordinary indefinite contract by SMEs. c)Line 4. Incentive for the ordinary indefinite hiring of people with disabilities by self-employed workers and SMEs. d) Line 7. Incentive to promote the employment of young people under 30 years of age who are beneficiaries of the National Youth Guarantee System by local corporations. Second. Legal Regime. This call will be governed by the provisions therein, in the Order of October 3, 2024 (hereinafter the regulatory bases), as well as by the rest of the regulations that are applicable at the time in which the call begins to produce its effects. Third. Object. The purpose of the call is to encourage, by self-employed workers, mutual members of professional associations and SMEs, the ordinary indefinite hiring of unemployed people under 30 years of age, people over 45 years of age, people with disabilities and long-term unemployed people, as measures that facilitate the improvement of employability and favor the labor insertion of these groups due to having greater difficulty in accessing the labor market. In addition, the hiring of young people under 30 years of age who are beneficiaries of the National Youth Guarantee System in local corporations is encouraged. Room. Requirements. To access the status of beneficiary person or local entity, they must generally comply, in addition to the specific conditions established for each line of subsidy, with the requirements set forth in articles 4 and 27 of the regulatory bases. Fifth. Line 1. Incentive for the first ordinary permanent contract by self-employed workers. Eligible concept, beneficiaries and amount of the subsidy. 1. Eligible concept. In accordance with the provisions of article 8 of the regulatory bases, the subsidies contemplated in this line are intended to encourage the first ordinary indefinite hiring on a full-time basis, or part-time as long as it is equal to or greater than 50% of the full-time, by self-employed people, as well as mutual members of professional associations, of unemployed people who belong to any of the following groups: a) Young people under 30 years of age. b) Long-term unemployed people, regardless of their age. c) People over 45 years of age. The condition of unemployed person must be met the day before the start of the employment relationship subject to the subsidy. Likewise, the condition of age or long-term unemployed person must be met on the day the employment relationship begins. The subsidized ordinary indefinite contract must be maintained for a minimum period of twenty-four months from the beginning of the employment relationship. The eligible contract will be the one whose start takes place in the period between March 1, 2024 and the final day of the application submission period. For these purposes, the date of registration with Social Security will be considered the start date of the employment relationship, which must be between March 1, 2024 and ten days after the date of submission of each subsidy application. 2. Beneficiaries. In accordance with the provisions of article 9 of the regulatory bases, they may be beneficiaries
