By resolution of the Mayor's Office number 2024-2119 of 10/23/2024 and Validation Code: 9QHKLMTJ2GZHK9KTSTFQTNNYX, the following were approved: REGULATORY BASIS AND CALL FOR THE GRANTING OF SUBSIDIES TO HOME OWNERS FOR THE INSTALLATION OF WATER PUMPING EQUIPMENT WASTE FOR CONNECTION TO THE SEWER NETWORK DURING THE YEAR 2024. The present bases that will govern the call for the granting of subsidies to homeowners for the installation of wastewater pumping equipment for connection to the municipal sewage network, will be subject to Law 38/2003 of November 17, General of Subsidies (LGS), to RD 887/2006, of the July 21, therefore the Regulation of Law 38/2003, Law 9/2007, of June 13 on Galician Subsidies and the other applicable regulations are approved, in which it does not contradict the previous provisions, the General Ordinance of Subsidies (OGSCN) to entities and groups of non-profit citizens of the Nigrán City Council (BOP 141 of 07/22/2005), to the Execution Bases of the municipal budget and the other applicable regulations OBJECT OF THE CALL, BENEFICIARIES, ELIGIBLE PROGRAMS The granting of subsidies to homeowners who, being less than 100 m from the sewage network, drain their wastewater at a lower rate than this and, therefore, need to be equipped with a pumping to carry out the connection to said network. The purpose of the aid will include the execution of investment works in properties owned by the beneficiaries, including the execution of the connection to the sewage network, and may consist of: The acquisition, installation and commissioning of wastewater pumping equipment, control panel and electrical installation. The execution or adaptation of the well or manhole in which the pumping equipment will be installed. Execution of the connection to the sewer network. The works of clearing, demolition or sealing of existing septic tanks and cesspools. LIMIT OF SUBSIDIES AND COMPATIBILITY WITH OTHERS. The amount of the subsidy will depend on the cost of the works to be carried out and the resources available to partially cover these. In no case may the amount of the subsidy be of such an amount that, alone or in conjunction with subsidies or aid from other Public Administrations or other public or personal entities, it exceeds the total cost of the works to be carried out by the beneficiary. The approved subsidy may be reviewed, once the financing of the expense is known through the complementary contributions of aid from other entities as well as, where appropriate, other income, in such a way that its final amount represents the deficit result of the final settlement of expenses-income. APPLICATIONS AND DOCUMENTATION TO BE PROVIDED Beneficiaries interested in opting for the granting of subsidies regulated in these bases must request it by presenting the documentation stipulated in the bases, through electronic means. or in person PRESENTATION AND DEADLINE. The deadline for submitting applications will be one MONTH, counting from the day following the publication of the extract of this call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Pontevedra (BOPPO). If the last day of the period is a non-business day, it will be deemed extended to the first following business day. If in the expiration month there is no day equivalent to the one on which the calculation begins, it will be understood that the term ends on the last day of the month. CRITERIA FOR THE GRANTING OF GRANTS. The procedure for granting aid will be on a non-competitive basis, under the provisions of article 19.2 of the LSG, and it is not necessary to establish a priority order or make a comparison between the applications submitted that meet the requirements established in these bases. The amount to be granted will have the following limits: A subsidy of more than three thousand euros (€3,000) including VAT may not be granted per applicant, nor may it exceed, in any case, the budget presented in the project. The rigorous order of entry of applications will be followed until the budget amount is covered.
