Official description of the call
FIRST. Purpose and duration of incentives for hiring as employees. 1. The incentives for temporary hiring as employees are intended to facilitate the employability and employability of the people participating in the dual employment workshops, financed through the 2023 call for aid and subsidies for dual employment workshops, from the Department of Employment Promotion and Equality of the Xunta de Galicia. 2. The temporary contract will have a minimum duration of 3 months. 3. The working hours of the temporary hire will be full time SECOND. Entities benefiting from hiring incentives. 1. Employers and companies may be beneficiaries of hiring incentives, regardless of the legal form they adopt, including self-employed persons, civil societies and communities of property, even if they lack legal personality. The activity of the company must be directly related to the training provided at the Salnés XV Hospitality Workshop, and hire employees to provide services in work centers located in the territorial area of the dual employment workshops. In the case of civil companies, joint ventures and temporary joint ventures, the execution commitments assumed by each member of the group must be expressly stated, both in the application and in the granting resolution, as well as the amount of subsidy that will be applied to each of them, who will also be considered as beneficiaries. In any case, they must appoint a representative or sole representative of the group, with sufficient power to fulfill the obligations that, as beneficiary, correspond to the group. In the case of temporary business unions, each company that is part of this union must meet the requirements to access the aid. 2. Public administrations, public companies, or entities linked to or dependent on any of them may not be beneficiaries of this aid. 3. Persons or entities in which any of the circumstances provided for in article 10 of Law 9/2007, of June 13, on subsidies of Galicia, may not obtain the status of beneficiary entity of the subsidies established in this program. 4. Applicant entities that are excluded from access to the benefits derived from the application of employment programs will not be able to obtain the status of beneficiary entity, in accordance with that established in article 46 and 46 bis of the consolidated text of the Law on infractions and sanctions in the social order, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 5/2000, of August 4. 5. The justification by the requesting persons or entities that they are not subject to the prohibitions contained in numbers 3 and 4 above to obtain beneficiary status will be made through a responsible declaration. THIRD. Regulatory bases Regulatory bases approved by the Presidency of the Mancomunidade do Salnés on 08/07/2024, and published on the electronic headquarters of the Mancomunidade do Salnés (https://mancomunidadedosalnes.sedelectronica.gal/) and on the administrative website (https://mancomunidadedosalnes.com/anuncios) FOURTH. Amount of incentives. 1. Temporary contracts will be incentivized with a fixed subsidy of €1,500 for each worker, corresponding to a minimum full-time contract of 3 months. 2. The benefits established for hiring in this program may not, in conjunction with other public aid for the same purpose, exceed 100% of the salary cost of the monthly payments subject to the subsidy. FIFTH. Deadlines and requests. 1. Applications for aid for subsidized contracts must be submitted from the day following the publication of the call and its extract until 15 calendar days after the end of the workshop, including this day until 11:59 p.m. 2.
