Official description of the call

BDNS: In accordance with the provisions of article 12 of the articulated text of the Order of October 22, 2024 of the Department of University, Research and Innovation, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies under a non-competitive competition regime for the development and implementation of microcredentials by the public Universities of Andalusia within the framework of Component 21, Investment 6 of the Recovery Plan, Transformation and Resilience, an extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans) and in this Official Gazette of the Junta de Andalucía (BOJA). First. Call. The granting of subsidies for the development and implementation of microcredentials by the public Universities of Andalusia is being called on a non-competitive basis within the framework of Component 21, Investment 6 of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan. Second. Regulatory bases. The call will be governed by the regulatory bases approved by Order of October 22, 2024 of the Department of University, Research and Innovation, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies under a non-competitive competition regime for the development and implementation of microcredentials by the public Universities of Andalusia within the framework of Component 21, Investment 6 of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan. Third. Object and eligible concepts. 1. The subsidies are aimed at the development and implementation of microcredentials by the public Universities of Andalusia within the framework of Component 21, Investment 6 of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, aimed at the requalification of the adult population through short, flexible, modular, cumulative training aimed at the acquisition of specific skills and competencies required in the workplace. 2. The following concepts will be eligible for subsidies, in accordance with the provisions of the Order of October 22, 2024 of the Ministry of University, Research and Innovation: a) The production of new training leading to micro-credentials in the public Universities of Andalusia. b) Instrumental activities for the development of the offer of microcredentials. c) Intermediation activities. d) The granting of scholarships or aid. e) Management activities. f) The monitoring and evaluation actions of microcredentials. Room. Beneficiary entities. Public Universities of the Andalusian university system may apply for subsidies, in accordance with the second additional provision of the Consolidated Text of the Andalusian Law on Universities, approved by Legislative Decree 1/2013, of January 8. Fifth. Amount. 1. The maximum amount allocated to this call is 8,866,697.00 euros, which is financed with NextGenerationEU funds from the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan and charged to the credits provided by the Order of the Minister of Science, Innovation and Universities of December 27, 2023, which agrees on the effective distribution of the credits to the respective Autonomous Communities, and formalizes the financial commitments derived from the Agreement of the General Conference of University Policy of December 21, 2023. 2. The maximum amount allocated to this call is distributed in the following subsidy lines: a) Line 1, subsidy for the development and implementation of microcredentials by the University of Almería, maximum amount available, 812,663.00 euros. b) Line 2, subsidy for the development and implementation of microcredentials by the University of Cádiz, maximum amount available, 1,087,446.00 euros. c) Line 3, subsidy for the development and implementation of microcredentials by the University of Córdoba, maximum amount available, 815,528.00 euros. d) Line 4, subsidy for the development and implementation of microcredentials by the University of Granada, maximum amount available, 1,104,718.00 euros. e) Line 5, subsidy for the development and implementation of microcredentials by the University of Huelva, maximum amount available, 695,347.00 euros. f) Line 6, subsidy for the development and implementation of microcredentials by the University of Jaén, c
