Beneficiaries: The sole owners of residential buildings, the homeowners, the communities of owners of residential buildings under a horizontal property regime, the groups of communities of owners, the consortia and associative management entities and the natural or legal persons who have a real right over the property that allows them to undertake rehabilitation actions, or the tenants authorized by the owner. Second. Purpose: To cover part of the costs of carrying out works or maintenance and intervention work in buildings and homes, fixed installations, own equipment and common elements, in order to adapt them to current regulations and always within the scope of the rehabilitation areas of the Vigo City Council. Third. Regulatory bases: The regulatory bases are published in the BOP of Pontevedra 213, dated October 31, 2024 and on the website and transparency portal of the Vigo City Council (https://sede.vigo.org/expedientes/avisos). Room. Amount: The maximum amount of aid will be determined based on the type of action and its protectable budget and may not exceed 50% of the eligible cost of the action up to a maximum of 25,000 euros for each home undergoing rehabilitation. In homes in which the income of the resident cohabitation unit is less than 3 times the IPREM, the maximum percentage of aid on investment may reach 85%.
