Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database. First: Beneficiaries. Non-profit associations and entities that carry out cultural protection and dissemination activities of the historical, cultural and artistic heritage of the province of Zaragoza, that have their own legal personality, that are registered in the corresponding Public Registry, with headquarters in some of the municipalities or local entities of the province of Zaragoza that have a population of less than 50,000 inhabitants, in accordance with the data of the last updated registry and that have the corresponding certificate of representative of legal entity issued by the National Mint and Stamp Factory. Those associations or non-profit entities that are already receiving direct annual aid or registered in the budget of the Provincial Council of Zaragoza, in the financial year 2025, will be excluded. Second: Purpose. The purpose of the subsidy, which is announced on a competitive basis, will be to help non-profit associations and entities, whose purpose is the conservation and cultural dissemination of historical heritage through the development of activities of a nature or inherent to this purpose. In this way, the purpose of this call for subsidies is to grant, under a competitive competition regime, financial aid to non-profit associations and foundations in the province of Zaragoza, for the development of cultural heritage activities that take place from October 19, 2024 to October 10, 2025 (inclusive). These aids will be compatible with any other public aid that they could obtain for the same purpose, as long as the total of them does not exceed 80% of the cost of the activity carried out. Third: Regulatory Bases. General Ordinance on Subsidies of the Provincial Council of Zaragoza (BOPZ No. 99 dated May 4, 2016). Fourth: Amount. The credit for this call for a total amount of 150,000 Euros will be charged to the budget application 32200/33600/4890100 of the 2025 Budget. This amount can be increased by a maximum of 30,000 additional euros without the need for a new call, in accordance with the provisions of article 58 of the Subsidies Law Regulation (approved by Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21). The effectiveness of the additional amount is conditional on the declaration of availability of the credit and, where appropriate, prior approval of the appropriate budget modification, at a time prior to the resolution of the granting of the subsidy. The granting body must publish the declaration of available credits and the final distribution, respectively, prior to the granting resolution in the same media as the call, without such publicity implying the opening of the deadline to submit new applications or the start of a new calculation of the deadline to resolve. Fifth. Application submission deadline: Applications and all documents that must accompany them must be submitted electronically, through the certificate of representative of a legal entity issued by the National Currency and Stamp Factory, at the electronic headquarters of the Provincial Council of Zaragoza or in any of the electronic records of other Public Administrations or public bodies in accordance with Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations, through the certificate of representative of a legal entity issued by the National Mint and Stamp Factory. The deadline for applications to qualify for this call will be 15 business days, counting from the day following the publication of the extract in the BOPZ.
