Official description of the call
First. Object. Call for a poster contest to select the one that announces the XXXI Galician Band Festival. Second. Beneficiaries: All people registered in the Vila de Cruces City Council may participate in this contest. Third. Amount The amount of the prizes will be as follows: Prize for best poster created by people between 0 and 16 years old: €75. Prize for best poster created by people between 17 and 64 years old: €75. Prize for best poster created by people aged 65 or over: €75. Winning poster prize: €75 The winning poster will be selected from among the three winners and the amount of the prizes will be cumulative. Existing credit in the budget application: 338.48. Room. Application submission deadline. People who wish to participate must deliver the following documentation to the City Council registry until April 15, 2025: - Poster in which the name and surname of the author, address, telephone number and age appear on the back. - Annex I of application for participation Fifth. Regulatory bases. General Subsidies Ordinance of the Vila de Cruces City Council. Sixth. Other data. Theme: XXXI Galician Music Band Festival (Vila de Cruces). Technique: free. Size: essential cardboard or A3 size oriented vertically. The concession procedure will be by competitive concurrence. The jury will value creativity, originality, ease of identifying the poster with the Band Festival and artistic quality, taking into account the age of the participants. The jury's decision will be unappealable, and by competing, the contestants accept these rules. The jury may declare one or more awards void if it considers that none of the works presented have sufficient merit to be awarded. The jury's decision will be published on the bulletin board of the town hall without prejudice to the notification of the winners of the contest. Payment will be made once the winners submit to the City Council registry, within a period of 5 business days from the day following notification of the award of the prize, the following documentation: • Payment request signed by the winner. • Copy of the NIF • In the case of minors, copy of the family book. • Bank certification of the account number of which the beneficiary is the owner. It will be verified ex officio that the winners are registered with the City Council. The winning posters will remain in the possession of the Vila de Cruces City Council and will become part of its heritage, being able to reproduce and disseminate them with complete freedom. The winning poster will be the one used to advertise the Festival.
