Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. The recipients of the funds must reside in the municipality of Montserrat. Residence will be verified ex officio in the Municipal Register on 10/29/24. Considering the lines of distribution of the aid, applicants will have to document compliance with the requirements demanded in each of them. Second. Object.Line 4. Damage suffered in seriously damaged homes. The purpose of this line is to finance, up to the limit of the funds available to each applicant, the repair, major repair or, where appropriate, demolition and first establishment of all or part of the homes that have suffered extensive damage due to the floods and precipitation caused by DANA; either in the same home or on your plot; and that they are located on land classified as urban according to the General Urban Planning Plan of Montserrat. Line 5. Serious damage suffered in rural properties for agricultural use that were especially damaged. The purpose of this line is to finance those actions that are necessary to carry out on properties that are classified urban planning as rural, in which some type of agricultural or livestock activity is carried out, even though this does not necessarily constitute the main source of income of the applicant and have been seriously damaged by the floods and precipitation caused by DANA. Or, in rural dry or irrigated farms that, despite not having an agricultural activity, are for self-consumption; or, they are not in production, and have suffered irreparable damage to them.Line 6: Damage as a consequence of the loss of the source of income:Case 6.1: Natural persons residing in the municipality of Montserrat who are registered in the self-employed regime or similar situation at the time of the damages by the DANA.Case 6.2: Natural persons residing in the municipality of Montserrat who were employed workers on the 29th of October 2024 in a company located in the municipalities affected by DANA and that have been affected by being in an ERTE as a result of this catastrophe. Line 7: Loss of assets affected by the economic activity of self-employed persons. Third. Regulatory bases. The complete bases and annexes approved by Mayor's Decree no. 1141 of 04/25/2025, can be consulted on the transparency portal of the Montserrat City Council (C. RESOURCES/C.3. Contracts, agreements and subsidies/C.3.13 Subsidies and awards/2024/Ajudes DANA FAO). Room. Application and submission deadline. The aid regulated in this call may be requested within a period of one month from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the BOP of the province of Valencia by the National Subsidies Database. If the application is made physically in the office set up for this purpose in the municipal offices, the single general application in Annex I will be used and will include the damages of any of the lines included in these bases. In addition, as many responsible declarations, contemplated as Annex II in the bases, as requested help lines. If done through the Electronic Office, the procedure enabled for each line must be used, attaching Annexes I and II.
