Official description of the call

First. - Beneficiaries 1. The following persons or entities may be beneficiaries of this aid: natural persons, as well as private legal entities, whether they are owners of single-family homes, residential buildings of collective housing and the homes located in these buildings. b) Communities of property owners, as well as groups of communities of property owners, constituted in accordance with the provisions of article 5 of Law 49/1960, of July 21, on horizontal property. c) Groups of property owners. d) Cooperative societies composed of groups of people who own homes or buildings that meet the requirements established in article 396 of the Civil Code and do not grant the constitutive title of horizontal division, as well as by owners who make up communities or groups of communities of owners, constituted in accordance with the provisions of article 5 of Law 49/1960, of July 21, on horizontal property. e) The natural persons who are tenants of a home who assume, by virtue of an agreement with the landlord, the cost of the corresponding rehabilitation actions, in exchange for payment of the rent. 2. For natural persons to be beneficiaries, they must have Spanish nationality. In the case of foreigners, they must have legal residence in Spain. 3. The people and entities benefiting from the aid must meet the requirements established in article 7.2 of Royal Decree 106/2018, of March 9. Second. - Object 1 The purpose of these bases, in accordance with that established in article 14 of Law 9/2007 of June 13 on Galician Subsidies (LSG), is to establish the criteria for the granting of the subsidies provided for in the State Plan 2018-2021 (BOE 03/10/2018) for the urban and rural regeneration and renewal program included in the agreement of the bilateral commission held on October 26 of 2018, and in the Addendum for the modification of the agreement of the bilateral commission held on October 26, 2018, signed on March 13, 2025, relating to the Regeneration and Urban Renewal Area in the historic center of Tui, between the Ministry of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda, the Xunta de Galicia and the Tui City Council within its scope of application. Subsidies will be granted through the competitive bidding procedure through a public call, following the order of priority resulting from the assessment provided for in these bases, until the number of actions and/or available credit provided for in the respective signed agreements are exhausted. If the number of actions and the available credit provided for in this call are not exhausted, a new application submission period may be reopened, following a reasoned proposal from the rehabilitation office and agreement from the evaluation commission. 2. Definitions: For the purposes of the provisions of these rules and call, the concepts object of the rules and call will be interpreted in accordance with the definitions established in the second ordinal of the Resolution of the Galician Institute of Housing and Land (hereinafter IGVS), of August 3, 2018 (DOG nº156) and which are transcribed below: a) Building of collective residential typology: building composed of more than one home, whose predominant use is residential and where each home has the corresponding cadastral reference. b) Single-family home: home located in an independent building, whose predominant use is residential and in which there is no other home, and that has the corresponding cadastral reference. Single-family homes can be isolated or grouped in a row. c) Habitual and permanent residence of a cohabitation unit: address where its members are registered. d) Cohabitation unit of the beneficiary: group of people who live and enjoy a home on a regular and permanent basis and with a desire for stability, regardless of the relationship that exists between all of them. e) Person over 65 years of age: one who, on the date of submission of the application, is 65 or older. f) Person with disabilities: it will be interpreted in accordance with the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2013, of November 29, therefore the text is approved
