EXTRACT OF THE AGREEMENT OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT BOARD OF MAY 2, 2025 WHICH CALL FOR SUBSIDIES FOR THE PROMOTION OF EMPLOYMENT IN NON-PROFIT ENTITIES 2025. In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 and 20.8 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, The extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index): First.- Object and Purpose: This call for subsidies, on a competitive basis, carried out by the Employment Department of the Vigo City Council within the framework of municipal action for the year 2024, is integrated into line 4.7.- Promotion social activities: activities of public interest carried out through groups of people, associations, etc. of the Strategic Subsidy Plan (PES) approved by the Local Government Board in its ordinary session on 03/08/2024; To its effect, its objective is to support associative entities in the development of their projects to promote labor insertion and the Promotion of the creation and consolidation of stable and quality employment in the municipality, its objective is to grant, under a competitive competition regime, financial aid aimed at non-profit entities that operate in the neighborhood, social, union, sports, business and mountain community movements, legally constituted as such non-profit entities, for activities to promote employment among the residents of Vigo, carried out or pending to be carried out, from August 1, 2024 to July 31, 2025 and the promotion of job stability of personnel hired or transformed into permanent or discontinuous permanent employees in the last two calls in order to reinforce their capacity for self-organization and enable the strengthening of the social fabric and the promotion of the quality of life and social well-being of citizens. Second. Beneficiaries. Neighborhood, cultural, union, social, sports, mountain communities and non-profit business entities may attend this public call. Depending on the program, they must be registered prior to the start of the application submission period for this call, in the sections listed below in the Municipal Registry of Associations (RMA), which promote employment, associations and citizen participation and whose scope of action is the municipality of Vigo, and whose scope of action is the municipality of Vigo. activities complement municipal powers, through the implementation of activity programs related to employment, culture, assistance, leisure, sports and the improvement of employability that serve to reinforce the services that the Vigo City Council provides in this area. Fourth.- Amount: The total amount allocated to these subsidies for the budget year (2024) of the Vigo City Council is 1,390,000.00?
