Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries Students of the Early Childhood Education and Primary Education cycles at the CEIP Palancia de Algímia d'Alfara, who have applied for the scholarship from the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports, may be beneficiaries of the subsidies of this call according to each of the modalities: Aid for the school cafeteria: Students in the cycles of Early Childhood Education and Primary Education at the CEIP Palancia de Algímia d'Alfara may be beneficiaries of the aid modality for the school cafeteria. In addition to complying with the provisions of article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, and who have not received other aid or benefit for the same purpose granted by a public or private entity, which covers one hundred percent of the expenses. If you receive other partial aid, the City Council will subsidize the remaining difference up to the maximum expenses. Aid for the acquisition of books and school supplies: Those who comply with the provisions of article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, and also meet the following requirements may be beneficiaries of the aid modality for the acquisition of books and school supplies: Be registered in the municipality of Algímia d'Alfara, with a minimum of one year's experience, counting from the last day of the application submission period. requests. In the case of minors or incapacitated persons, both they and the legal representative must comply. For students enrolled in the CEIP Palancia, it will also apply, even if they are not registered in said municipality. These extremes will be verified ex officio by the City Council. Proof of having requested other aid, if applicable, or resolution denying said aid. Be enrolled for the corresponding academic year in a public or subsidized center at any educational stage, mandatory or non-compulsory, such as high school, vocational training, university (except third degree or doctorate), conservatory, official language school, special regime education, and adult centers. In the case of those enrolled in private centers, it must be proven that there is no public offer for the enrolled studies or, if there is one, that it has been denied. The aforementioned educational centers will be at a maximum distance of 50 km in a straight line from the town hall of Algímia d'Alfara. That the income of the family unit does not exceed thirty thousand euros (€30,000), meaning for the purposes of the family unit, what is determined by the State Tax Administration Agency for the declaration of the Personal Income Tax, obtaining said figure. The income of the family unit will be obtained by adding the income for the year of each of the eligible members of the family, thus adding the general tax base (box 0435) and the savings tax base (box 0460), and the self-assessment fee (box 0595) will be subtracted from the result obtained. Students who are beneficiaries of the Generalitat Book Bank regulated by Order 26/2016, of June 13, of the Department of Education, Research, Culture and Sports, as well as the rules issued in its development, will not be able to benefit from this aid, except for those books that are excluded from it, such as workbooks. Transport aid: Those who comply with the provisions of article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, and also meet the following requirements may be beneficiaries of the transport aid modality: Be registered in the municipality of Algímia d'Alfara, with a minimum seniority of one year, counting from the last day of the application submission period. In the case of minors or incapacitated persons, both they and the legal representative must comply. This point will be verified ex officio by the City Council. Be enrolled for the corresponding academic year in a public, subsidized or private center of compulsory or non-compulsory education, such as preschool, high school, vocational training, university (except third degree or doctorate), conservatory, official language school, special regime teaching, and adult centers.
