FILE Nº: 2025/SUBCC/000008 In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/es/index): FIRST.- OBJECT: The object of this call is: Call for the “Pinto e Maragota” literary awards in collaboration with Editions Xerais de Galicia, for the visibility and dignity of sexual and gender diversity in the Pontevedra City Council for the year 2025. SECOND.- BENEFICIARIES: Any author, of any nationality, of legal age, who presents a work written in the Galician language in accordance with the official regulations established by the Royal Galician Academy, may attend. THIRD.- REGULATORY BASES: General Subsidies Ordinance of the Pontevedra City Council approved by the Municipal Plenary on September 17, 2004, and published in the Pontevedra BOP No. 190 dated September 20. FOURTH.- BUDGET, MAXIMUM PRIZE AMOUNT AND MAXIMUM PERCENTAGE OF FINANCABLE EXPENDITURE A single prize of €3,000 will be awarded, which will be subject to the legally established withholdings and will be made effective by the Pontevedra City Council. FIFTH.- DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS The period for submission of applications will begin from the publication of this call in the Official Gazette of the Province and will end after 30 calendar days from its publication.
