Official description of the call
The Peligros City Council, aware of improving the lives of the residents of the municipality of Peligros, has been formulating various policies in favor of accessibility and with the aim of minimizing the difficulties and risks of those people with reduced mobility, and adapting them to their needs by eliminating architectural barriers. The purpose of these rules and call for applications for the current year 2025, is to establish the criteria and procedure for the granting of the subsidy for the replacement of a bathtub with a shower tray, in homes located in the municipality of Peligros, that meet the requirements established in these rules, resulting as beneficiaries of the same, people over 70 years of age (or are reached in the current year 2025), registered in the municipality of Peligros, in accordance with the principles of publicity, transparency, competition, objectivity, equality and non-discrimination, as well as effectiveness in meeting the established objectives and efficiency in the allocation and use of public resources.
