Official description of the call
First: Beneficiaries.- Communities of drinking water users that provide services at the municipal level of the Porriño city council. Second: Purpose.- For line 1 it will include the repair, replacement of distribution networks when they do not exceed the number of two actions of a maximum of 50 linear meters (in the case of exceeding this figure it would be considered an investment that can be included in line 2), the expenses corresponding to sanitary control analyzes and the maintenance and conservation expenses in the following areas of action: Water collection (sources, wells and their surroundings). Maintenance and conservation of storage and purification systems (tanks and their surroundings, filtration, decantation, chlorination). Water distribution network (repair in distribution networks when they do not exceed 50 linear meters (maximum two actions of 50 meters) Maintenance and conservation in the facilities (tanks, distribution registers, collection wells). As for line 2, the aid will be used for the execution of investment works in properties owned by it or those whose right of use corresponds to them, including the replacement of distribution networks when 50 linear meters are exceeded. Third: Regulatory bases.- Bases and call for the granting of subsidies to drinking water communities of the Porriño city council for sanitary control, maintenance of facilities and repairs in the distribution network during the year 2025. Fourth: Amount.- An amount of 95,000 euros will be allocated for maintenance and 80,000 euros for investment. The deadline for submitting applications will be one MONTH, counting from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of the Province of Pontevedra (BOPPO). Sixth: Other information.- To request this subsidy, the forms included in the call must be submitted. Up to 80% of the total amount granted may be received as an advance of funds, with the remaining 20% being paid once the purpose for which the subsidy was requested has been accredited and always justified. before December 1, 2025.
