Official description of the call
FIRST. Recipients. Athletes who participate in the aforementioned competitions included in their respective provincial, regional, state or international calendars and maintain their competitive and federated activity on the date of submission of applications. Applicants will have to meet the following requirements: -Be registered in the Soutomaior City Council before 01-01-2025 -Be federated in the period for which the aid is requested and on the date of application within the modality they practice. -Minimum participation in 4 events that are part of the official calendar of the corresponding federation or participation in 2 events classified as unofficial competitive sporting activity or unofficial competitive sporting events of state2 or regional relevance. -Be up to date with tax duties with the state and regional Treasury, as well as be up to date with duties with Social Security and the Soutomaior City Council. -Those established in article 13 of the General Subsidy Law and applicable in the present case. -Not serving a firm sanction for a disciplinary or administrative infraction in sports matters, classified as serious or very serious. SECOND. Object The purpose of this call is to establish the criteria that will regulate the call for the program: Aid for individual athletes of the Soutomaior City Council, 2025 for the 2024-2025 season. Individual sports will be considered those sports practices or disciplines that do not require accompaniment to be carried out, that is, they can be done alone. Eligible performance: -Participation in official federated sports competitions1 in individual or pairs mode. -Participation in unofficial sports competitions or in unofficial competitive sports events of state2 and regional relevance in individual or legally established pairs. Eligible expenses: Sports equipment, personal equipment, license expenses, membership fees approved by the club, travel and accommodation (in the proportion proportional to the athlete in the case of travel and accommodation invoices for the minor's family) for competitions and training sessions over 30 km, other expenses directly related to the applicant's sporting activity and that are adequately justified. THIRD. Regulatory Bases. Regulatory bases. Local Government Board of July 29, 2025, which approves the BASES OF THE CALL FOR GRANTING AID FOR INDIVIDUAL ATHLETES OF THE CITY COUNCIL, 2025. FOURTH. AMOUNT OF GRANTS AND FINANCING. The total budget allocation for this call is €8,500 charged to item 341,480. The amount of individual aid will be calculated following the following formula: €8,500 x Individual score/Total score of applicants. The final individual score of each applicant will be established by the points obtained in the ranking multiplied by the sport coefficient. * If there are sports not specified in the list, it will be the responsibility of the evaluation commission to set the coefficient to be applied by assimilation with similar sports. The amount of this aid may not exceed 10% of the total budget of the line. FIFTH: DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS. Applications must be submitted within 15 business days, counting from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the BOPPO. These bases will be published on the Soutomaior City Council website, on the bulletin board of the electronic headquarters, in the Official Gazette of the province and in the BDNS. 1Official federated sports competition shall be understood as the championships, leagues or circuits of different competitions that are under the protection and organization of an international, state or regional sports federation and are part of its official calendars. 2Unofficial competitive sports activity or unofficial competitive sports event of state relevance shall be understood as those events, tests and other sporting events organized or recognized by Spanish sports federations, public administrations or third parties in accordance with the requirements established by regulation.
