Official description of the call

Extract from Decree No. 2905 dated August 5, 2025 of the Delegate Department of Economic Development and Industry, which approves the regulatory bases and call for aid, a non-competitive competition regime, to support the internationalization of our companies and strategic business sectors for Alcalá la Real 2025 (File 5411/2025) FIRST.- Beneficiaries Companies may be beneficiaries of the subsidy: a) Natural persons. b) Legal entities. The persons/entities interested in this subsidy must meet the following requirements: 1. They must have their tax domicile and their activity in the municipality of Alcalá la Real 2. They must be registered in a business or professional activity within the municipality of Alcalá la Real. Only one application for aid may be submitted per natural or legal person. The following are EXCLUDED as beneficiaries: a) Public capital entities and public administrations. b) Associations, foundations, civil societies and other non-profit entities. SECOND.- Purpose To promote the expansion of our companies in international markets, in order to enhance their growth and competitiveness at a global level. This initiative seeks to strengthen the presence of our companies internationally, facilitating their access and consolidation in foreign markets. Likewise, the development of strategic business sectors for Alcalá la Real is pursued, promoting specific actions that cover various areas and that contribute to the comprehensive growth of said sectors. This comprehensive approach seeks to boost the local economy, generating synergies that benefit both companies. THIRD.- Regulatory bases The bases applicable to this call appear on the electronic headquarters of the Alcalá la Real City Council https://alcalalareal.sedelectronica.es/, on its website https://alcalalareal.es/ and in the National Subsidies Database (BDNS) and in the link https://alcalalareal.sedelectronica.es/doc/9HR5FNE9Z9XX4ZDLZZFLWLD6S/.6 FOURTH.- Amount The budgetary allocation for the aid regulated in these regulations will be a maximum global amount of twenty thousand euros (€20,000.00), charged to the budget application 433 47900 called subsidy for rent and internationalization of companies in the Expenditure Budget 2025 for modality A and B. The amount of the subsidy to be granted will be determined by a percentage that will be applied to the investment or cost that is considered eligible, depending on the type of beneficiary and modality: Modality A. Internationalization of Companies. 50% of the eligible investment with a limit of €1,000 per company. Modality B. Visit the K fair in Dusseldorf (Germany). 100% of the eligible investment. Up to: €1,000 per company. FIFTH.- Deadline and place for submitting applications. Participation in this call must be processed through the electronic headquarters of the Alcalá la Real City Council website https://alcalalareal.sedelectronica.es/ by filling out the standardized electronic form that will be signed electronically, by the legal representative of the entity, where applicable, with the personal digital certificate (DNIe, etc.) and which will be accompanied by the documentation required in these rules. The deadline for submitting the application and documentation will be until September 30, 2025, inclusive, which will be counted from the day following the publication of the call extract in the BOP of Jaén, in accordance with the provisions of article 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17. Submission of the application after the deadline will constitute grounds for exclusion from the grant awarding procedure. The resolution of inadmissibility will be notified individually to the interested person in the terms of articles 40 to 44 of Law 39/2015, of October 1.
