Official description of the call
1. Object and purpose of the subsidies The purpose of this call is to regulate the procedure for the granting of subsidies under a competitive competition regime for the acquisition or adaptation of taxi vehicles adapted to people with reduced mobility (Eurotaxis). Eurotaxi is understood as those taxis that incorporate the universal accessibility measures described in Annex VII of Royal Decree 1544/2007, of November 23, which regulates the basic conditions of accessibility and non-discrimination for access and use of modes of transport for people with disabilities.2. The purpose of this aid is to encourage the holders of the taxi licenses of the Pontevedra City Council to adapt their vehicles for the transport of people with reduced mobility, so as to comply with the provisions of article 8 of Royal Decree 1544/2007, of November 23, when it provides that in all municipalities, the city councils will promote that at least five percent, or fraction, of the taxi licenses correspond to adapted vehicles.2. Beneficiaries2.1. Natural persons who are holders of a taxi license from the Pontevedra City Council and who acquire ownership of a new adapted taxi vehicle or adapt a vehicle that they already own, in the period between January 1, 2024 and December 31, 2025, may apply for the subsidies regulated in this call.2.2. Beneficiaries must meet the following requirements at the time of submitting their application: a) Be active holders of a taxi license from the Pontevedra City Council. Only one aid may be received per license, with the adapted vehicle being the subject of the subsidy subject to said license. b) They must be up to date with their tax obligations with the Pontevedra City Council, with the Public Treasury (state and regional) and with Social Security. c) They may not be subject to any of the prohibitions to receive subsidies listed in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies.d) Not having any subsidy with the Pontevedra City Council pending justification.y) Not having been sanctioned in the last two years for the commission of a serious or very serious offense of those typified in the Ordinance regulating the taxi service in the Pontevedra City Council, approved by the Plenary Session of the Corporation on 02/28/2023. 3. Regulatory basesGeneral ordinance regulating the subsidies of the Pontevedra City Council, approved by the Plenary Session of the Corporation in the session of 09/17/2004 and published in the BOP of Pontevedra No. 190 dated September 20.4. Financing and individual amount of the subsidy4.1. For the financing of these subsidies, a maximum total amount of €60,000.00 is allocated, which will be allocated to budget application 10,441.2-772.00 of the City Council's budget for the year 2025. The maximum amount of each subsidy will be €10,000.00 per vehicle and beneficiary person. In no case will the amount of the subsidy awarded exceed the cost of the action. subsidized.4.2. Subsidies may not be granted for an amount greater than that determined in this call, unless a new call is made or there is an increase in credits derived from a generation, expansion or incorporation of credit, under the provisions of article 31.2 of Law 9/2007.4.3. Due to the special reasons of public and social interest that contribute to this aid, the eligible percentage may exceed 50% of the cost of the action.5. Form and deadline for submitting applications5.1. Applications must be submitted electronically through the standardized form available at the City Council's electronic headquarters (http://sede.pontevedra.gal/). In accordance with article 68.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the common administrative procedure of public administrations, if any of the interested parties present their application in person, they will be required to amend it through electronic submission. For these purposes, the date of submission of the application will be considered the date on which the amendment was made.5.2.
