Official description of the call
First.- Beneficiaries All boys and girls enrolled in Primary Education in educational centers located in the municipality of Tui, both public and subsidized, may participate. Each participant will present a single work. Students interested in participating will deliver their drawings to their respective school. Participation in the contest means that the children participating must have the express authorization of their father/mother or legal guardian, who will act as the minor's representative. Each center will choose the twelve best postcards that will be sent to the Department of Education, Culture and Youth of the Tui City Council to present to the jury of this children's drawing contest. Second.- Purpose The purpose of these rules is to regulate the participation and award of prizes in the school drawing contest for the election of the Tui City Council's Christmas Card for the year 2025. Third.- Regulatory rules. In everything not provided for by these Regulatory Bases, the following rules will apply: a) Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. b)Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, approving the Regulations of the General Subsidies Law. c) Law 39/2015, of October 1, on Common Administrative Procedure Fourth.- Amount. The following prizes are established: -3rd prize, a batch of educational and painting materials worth 40 euros. -2nd prize a batch of educational and painting materials worth 50 euros. -1st prize a batch of educational and painting materials worth 100 euros. The winning work of the competition will be the Christmas card from the Tui City Council. Fifth.- Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting works will end on November 21, 2025 at fourteen hours.
