Official description of the call

First.- Beneficiaries In order to be included in the Sports Scholarship Plan for Individual Athletes, the athletes who, complying with the provisions of article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, and article 10 of Law 9/2007, of June 13, on subsidies of Galicia, also meet the following requirements: 4.1.- Be registered in the Tui City Council on the date of the application and have been previously registered for at least two years uninterruptedly from that date. 4.2.- Be in possession of the corresponding federative license for the year 2025, on the date of application for this call. 4.3.- Having participated in any official competition with recognized international prestige as listed in Annex I ranking table. 4.4.- Being a High Level National or Regional athlete, or a High National Performance athlete, or not being one, having participated in official international federated competitions, listed in Annex I ranking table. 4.5.- It will be essential, to qualify for the grant of the bag, to have justified the grant, if applicable, the previous year. 4.6.- Not be subject to the prohibition of article 13.2 of Law 38/2003, General Subsidies, and article 10.2 of Law 9/2007, of Galician Subsidies. 4.7.- Be up to date with your tax duties with the State Tax Administration Agency, with the Galician Tax Agency, with Social Security and with the Tui City Council. Second.- Object The object of this call is the granting of scholarships to Tui athletes from the Tui City Council, in order to facilitate their sports practice and their participation in their competitions, thus valuing their special dedication to sport and, in turn, to the dissemination of the City of Tui in those international sporting events. Third.- Regulatory bases. The extract of the call will be published in the BOPPO after sending it to the National Subsidies Database, in accordance with that established in articles 17.3.b and 20.8 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. The rules together with the call for this subsidy will be published on the Tuy City Council website and will also be sent to the BDNS. Fourth.- Amount. The maximum amount per athlete will be that established in the table for granting sports scholarships (Annex I – with the conditions indicated in that annex). The maximum amount allocated for this call is FIFTEEN THOUSAND EUROS (€15,000), charged to the budgets of the Tui City Council, for the year 2025 in its budget application 2025/1/341.481.03.01. Fifth.- Deadline for submitting applications and documentation The deadline for submitting applications will be ten (10) calendar days counted from the day following the publication in the Official Gazette of the Province of the extract of the call for these bases.
