CALL FOR THE GRANTING OF MUNICIPAL AID AIMED FOR SUPPORTING BIRTHDAYS IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF CUNTIS FOR THE YEAR 2025

Official description of the call
FIRST. Beneficiaries. Mothers and fathers registered in the Cuntis City Council may be beneficiaries of this aid, at least one of them nine months in advance and with children born between December 1, 2024 and November 30, 2025 and that the income of the family unit, added to the general tax base and the savings tax base, of the personal income tax return for the year 2024 does not exceed the €45,000. In the event that this amount is higher, the per capita income, understood as the sum of the general tax bases and savings divided by the number of members of the family unit, must not exceed €13,500. SECOND. Purpose of the subsidy. Regulate the procedure for granting aid to mothers and fathers registered with the Cuntis City Council, at least one of them nine months in advance and with children born between December 1, 2024 and November 30, 2025. 1. The aid will be a maximum of 300 euros for each child born or adopted between December 1, 2024 and November 30 2025. 2. In the case of births or adoptions of children with a recognized disability of a degree equal to or greater than 33% or recognition of the situation of dependency, the amount of aid may reach 500 euros. 3. In the case of births or adoptions in large families or single-parent families, the amount of aid may reach 500 euros. In the event that the accepted applications exceed the estimates and exceed the credit allocated to this subsidy, the total planned credit will be prorated among the accepted applications. These aids are compatible with any other subsidy, aid or income obtained for the same purpose. THIRD. Regulatory bases Bases for execution of the 2025 Budget FOURTH. Amount The budget allocated to this program is €7,000.00 charged to item 20025.2310.4800. In the event that the accepted applications exceed the estimates and the credit allocated to this subsidy is exceeded, the total planned credit will be prorated among the accepted applications. FIFTH. Application submission deadline. The bases of the call will be announced in the Official Gazette of the Province of Pontevedra, as well as on the website of the Cuntis town hall and on the Notice Board. The application submission period will begin the day after the publication of the Call Rules in the Provincial Official Gazette and will end on December 12, 2025.
