Official description of the call

First. - Beneficiaries The following natural and legal persons, validly constituted, who carry out their usual professional activity in the Autonomous Community of La Rioja may be beneficiaries of these subsidies: a) Natural persons of legal age, registered in the Special Registry of Self-Employed Workers, who carry out their activity as an individual entrepreneur in the cultural field of the performing arts, with tax domicile in the Autonomous Community of La Rioja. b) Private legal entities with corporate form, whose corporate purpose has a cultural nature in the performing arts, with registered office in the Autonomous Community of La Rioja. c) Cultural associations registered in the Registry of Associations of the Government of La Rioja, which have been registered in the aforementioned Registry for at least two years. All professionals or entities that are not among those listed in the previous section, nor performing arts promoters whose sole activity is to manage, promote and disseminate artists and artistic projects, execute public relations strategies and obtain dates and places to carry out the tour and whose identity does not coincide with that of the owner of the activity, may not apply for the subsidies regulated in this Order. Second. - Purpose To cover the current expenses generated by artistic tours by territory, national or international, excluding that of the Autonomous Community of La Rioja itself. The granting of subsidies will be processed under a direct concession regime. Only one application may be submitted per beneficiary and call. The eligible period in which the artistic tours that can be subsidized must be carried out will be between November 29, 2025 and October 30, 2026. Third. - Regulatory Bases Order CTD/13/2025, of February 7, of the Ministry of Culture, Tourism, Sports and Youth, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies for carrying out performing arts tours (Official Gazette of La Rioja number 31, of February 14, 2025). Room. - Amount The expense to finance this aid amounts to a total amount of seventy thousand euros (70,000 euros), allocated to the following budget items: Professionals and companies: 2026/070201.3311.470.07 - 45,000 euros. These subsidies, which will be granted on a direct concession basis, will amount to 80% of the amount of eligible expenses, with a maximum amount of 4,000 euros.
