1. OBJECT The Cerdedo-Cotobade City Council comes to call a “Costume Contest: CARNIVAL 2026” to promote artistic creation; as well as, promote participation in the 2026 Carnival festivities. This contest will be open and all interested people can participate without age limit, according to the established categories. 2. PARTICIPANTS. Five categories of participants are established: a) Children's Individual. All people under 16 years of age who register prior to the Carnival Parade may participate in this category. b) Individual Adult. All people over 16 years of age who register prior to the Carnival Parade may participate in this category. c) Child Couple. All those people who form a harmonious costume group of two children under 16 years of age, who register before the Carnival Parade may participate in this category. d) Adult Couple All those people who form a harmonious costume group of two persons over 16 years of age, who register before the Carnival Parade may participate in this category. At least 10 people who register in advance. Along with the application, they must submit a nominal list of participants with ID and address. Those interested in participating must register by completing and delivering to the Town Hall the registration form together with these bases.
