EXTRACT OF THE RULES OF THE CALL FOR GRANTS IN NON-COMPETITIVE CONCURRENCY FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF LOCAL PLANS FOR SPORTS ACTIVITIES, IN FAVOR OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE PROVINCE OF JAÉN. YEAR 2026. BDNS Announcement: In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database. https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/es/index First: Participants The Town Councils and Autonomous Bodies in matters of sports in the province of Jaén will be able to access the status of beneficiaries. Art. 3 of the call. Second: Purpose The purpose of this call is to regulate the granting of subsidies, in a non-competitive competition regime, to the Municipal Councils of the province, for the realization of Local Plans for Sports Activities, fiscal year 2026. Third: Regulatory Bases Call for subsidies in non-competitive competition for the realization of local plans for sports activities in favor of the municipal councils of the province, fiscal year 2026. Resolution of the Deputy Delegate of the Culture Area and Sports, (P.D. Resolution of the President No. 432, of July 4, 2023), number 5 of January 21, 2026. Bases for Execution of the General Budget of the Provincial Council for the year 2026 (B.O.P. number 248 of 12/30/2025) Fourth: Amount Total amount: 666,000 ¿ Fifth: Deadline for submitting applications Thirty calendar days, counted from the day following the date of publication of the extract of the bases in the Official Gazette of the Province of Jaén. Sixth: Other data of interest Eligible activities: The programs and activities that may be included in the Local Sports Activities Plans are the following: * Municipal Sports Schools. * Popular Sports Activities. * Sports and Special Interest Events. * Municipal Sports Games. * Sports Activities in the Natural Environment. * Sports Activities for Special Attention Groups. * Sports activities aimed at preventing diseases.
