Official description of the call

First. Regulatory Bases. Order 19/2012, of September 24, of the Minister of Agriculture, Livestock and Environment, which establishes the regulatory bases for aid for the subscription of agricultural insurance included in the annual Combined Agricultural Insurance Plans. (BOR No. 118 of September 28, 2012). Second. Object. Approve the call for subsidies for the insurance lines included in the Combined Agrarian Insurance Plan for the year 2026. Both the insurance subscription period and the insurance lines are included in the forty-seventh Combined Agrarian Insurance Plan, approved by Agreement of the Council of Ministers of December 23, 2025 and published in the Official State Gazette on December 30, 2025, as well as in the Order 19/2012, of September 24, published by the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Environment, which aims to subsidize the cost of agricultural insurance included in the annual combined insurance plans. In accordance with the provisions of article 4.2 of Order 19/2012, of September 19, the percentage of subsidy applied is increased by five points when one of the following conditions is met: - Being a shared ownership operation, or - Being a young farmer who has received the payment for young farmers referred to in Title III, Chapter II, Section 2 of Regulation (EU) 2021/2115 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 2 December 2021, laying down rules regarding support for strategic plans to be drawn up by Member States within the framework of the common agricultural policy (CAP strategic plans), financed by the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund (EAGF) and the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD), and repealing Regulations (EU) No 1305/2013 and (EU) No 1307/2013, and/or aid for the first installation under Regulation (EU) No 1305/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013 on support for rural development through the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD) and repealing Council Regulation (EC) No 1698/2005, while
