First.— Object: The purpose of this call is the granting of economic benefits to those people who do not have sufficient resources to be able to meet specific expenses of an ordinary nature and with the purpose of avoiding situations of exclusion or social vulnerability. Second.— Beneficiaries. Those people who present a situation of risk of social exclusion in the Pontevedra City Council, appreciated by the Social Welfare Service and who meet the requirements established in the article, may participate in the call for these benefits. 3 of the Social Income Ordinance of the Pontevedra City Council. Third.— Regulatory bases. Municipal Ordinance regulating the municipal social income of the Pontevedra City Council, which was published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Pontevedra no. 64 on April 2, 2019. Fourth.— Amount. For the granting of the subsidies that are called, an annual credit of €10,000.00 will be allocated from the budgets of the Pontevedra City Council. The amount of the aid will be modulated based on the socioeconomic situation of the applicant and according to the social inclusion process of the beneficiary.
