Beneficiaries: 1. Small and medium-sized companies (SMEs) whose activity is included in any of the following headings of the CNAE-2025 (Royal Decree 10/2025, of January 14) may benefit from the subsidies provided for in the call: a) Section C. Manufacturing Industry. When the company belongs to the wine sector, only actions carried out for own brands and that are attached to a quality mark recognized by the Department of Agriculture, Livestock, Rural Affairs and Environment of the Government of La Rioja will be eligible for subsidies, which will be accredited by means of a responsible declaration. b) From Section J, Group 58.2. Editing of computer programs. c) From Section K, Group 62. Programming, consulting and other activities related to computing. d) From Section N: - Group 71.1. Architectural and engineering technical services and other activities related to technical advice. - Division 72. Research and development. e) From Section S: - Group 90.
