Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/ First. - Beneficiaries: Small and medium-sized companies that have an operational establishment in the Autonomous Community of La Rioja and carry out the economic activity of transforming agricultural products into agricultural products or wholesale marketing of agricultural products. Second. - Purpose: Promote investments promoted by SMEs, related to the transformation of agricultural products into agricultural products or the wholesale marketing of agricultural products in the territorial scope of the Autonomous Community of La Rioja. Third.- Regulatory bases: Order DEA/34/2023, of May 26, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies by the Economic Development Agency of La Rioja for investments related to the transformation or marketing of agricultural products promoted by SMEs, under a direct concession regime (Official Gazette of La Rioja No. 110, of May 31, 2023), modified by Order EIE/8/2025, of January 24 (Official Gazette of La Rioja no. 18, of January 28, 2025). Room. - Amount: Amount of available credit: 4,000,000.00 euros. Fifth. - Application submission period: The application submission period will begin on the day of publication of the extract in the Official Gazette of La Rioja, at 9:00 a.m. and will end on December 11, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Two applications will be accepted per company and call.
