Aid for the installation of elevators, improvement of accessibility and elimination of architectural barriers in existing collective residential buildings for the period 2026

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiary persons Natural or legal persons who have the status of owners of the property in which the works are carried out, whether they are legally constituted communities or associations of property owners, or groups of property owners or sole owners of residential buildings, who promote and execute or have carried out the actions being promoted in the period between January 1, 2026 and October 15, 2027. Second. Purpose Promotion of the improvement of accessibility and elimination of architectural barriers in existing collective residential buildings in the municipality of Vigo, located on land classified as urban, older than 20 years and with a height greater than two floors plus the ground floor. Third. Regulatory Bases The Regulatory Bases were published in the BOP of Pontevedra No. 92, of Monday, May 18, 2026, as well as on the Transparency Portal of the Vigo City Council https://transparencia.vigo.org/. Room. Amount The amount allocated to these aids, which are announced on a competitive basis and which will be in the nature of a non-refundable subsidy, amounts to 60,000 euros. The maximum eligible amount for collective residential building is 3,000 euros. There is no limit to the number of beneficiaries. The award procedure will be carried out by comparing the applications submitted in order to establish a priority between them, in accordance with the assessment criteria established in the Bases, with aid being awarded proportionally to the score obtained with a maximum of 100 points. Fifth. Deadline for submission of applications Three months from the day following the publication of this extract in the BOP of Pontevedra, through the BDNS. Sixth. Other information Call agreement: Resolution of the Delegate Councilor of the Government Area of ​​Urban Planning and Housing dated 05/05/2026, taken into account by the Municipal Urban Planning Management Council of the Vigo City Council, in an ordinary session dated 05/12/2026. Eligible expenses: both the material execution of the work and the fees corresponding to the drafting of the mandatory technical documentation. Advances: requests for deposits on account or advances are not accepted. Compatibility: these municipal aid are compatible with other subsidies for the same purpose. Assessment criteria: age, number of floors, occupancy, accessibility of residents, execution budget and cataloging. Enabling title: municipal works license and/or prior communication of works, accompanied by the mandatory technical documentation. Resolution period: 3 months Justification period: until November 15, 2026 for applications submitted in fiscal year 2026. Annexes: there are standard application and justification models. Payment: bank transfer.
