Official description of the call

BDNS (Identif.): In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/inicio) and in the present BOJA. First. Call. 1. For the year 2026, subsidies are called, under a competitive competition regime, to micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (hereinafter SMEs) that carry out occupational risk prevention projects and investments, in any of the lines 1 or 2 called, within the Autonomous Community of Andalusia. 2. Eligible activities and projects must fall within one of the eligible concepts determined in section 2 of the respective Summary Tables of the following subsidy lines called and have an impact on a work center located in the Autonomous Community of Andalusia: a) Line 1. Subsidies to SMEs to promote investments in occupational risk prevention. b) Line 2. Subsidies to SMEs to promote activities to improve the integration of occupational risk prevention. 3. The granting of subsidies will be made from the budgetary appropriations available in budget positions G/31C/47300 and G/31C/77100 of program 3.1.C. In compliance with the provisions of the Article 9.1 of the Order of April 6, 2018, which regulates the budgetary management procedure for public spending derived from subsidies granted by the Administration of the Junta de Andalucía and its administrative and special regime agencies, the maximum amounts set in the previous section are distributed among the territorial and functional areas of competitiveness detailed below.
