Official description of the call

OBJECT AND PURPOSE The purpose of these rules is to regulate the granting of subsidies in the financial year 2026 for the promotion and maintenance of employed employment of: -Unemployed people, registered as job seekers in the SPEG, registered in the municipality of Vilagarcía on the date of submission of the application, hired full-time through indefinite contracts formalized between October 1, 2025 and September 30 of 2026. BENEFICIARIES The beneficiaries of the subsidies may be private individuals or legal entities located in the regions of Salnés and Caldas, who formalize, to provide services in them, contracts as employees with unemployed workers in the terms indicated in the First Base, in which the exclusive circumstances indicated in Law 9/2007 of June 13, do not generally occur. Subsidies of Galicia and in Law 38/2003 of November 17, General of Subsidies. The subsidy will be the hiring of unemployed people as employed persons, registered as job seekers in the SPEG, registered in the municipality of Vilagarcía on the date of submission of the application, hired full-time through indefinite contracts formalized between October 1, 2025 and September 30, 2026. AMOUNT The amount of aid will be a minimum of 800 euros and a maximum of 3,000 for each hire, based on the score obtained in application of the scoring scale. A maximum of two contracts per company may be subsidized. ELIGIBLE EXPENSES Indefinite employment contracts may be subsidized, the purpose of which is to raise the level of stable and quality employment, promoting the creation of jobs linked by contracts of an indefinite nature. FORM OF PRESENTATION In compliance with the provisions of article 14.2 and 3 of Law 39/2015 of October 1 on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, the applications for aid regulated in this call, presented according to a standardized model (Annex I), will be submitted TELEMATICLY in the terms established by law 39/2015 of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of the Administrations. Public through the electronic headquarters of the Vilagarcía de Arousa City Council (sede.vilagarcia.gal) Procedure code 50002_ Aid program for contracting as an employee. The actions included in this call will be financed from budget item 241-470 "Business promotion – subsidies for employment promotion" of the current municipal budget, with a total amount of €60,000. The credit may be extended and the budget item modified, after declaration of availability of the credit in the terms referred to in article 30.2 of Decree 11/2009, by resolution published for this purpose.
