CALL FOR THE GRANTING OF SUBSIDIES IN THE FIELD OF AXUDAS FOR THE FOMENTO DATALIDADE E O EMPADROAMENTO. EXERCISE 2026 1. Regulatory bases The regulatory bases for the granting of these subsidies are contained in the specific Ordinance for the granting of subsidies in the field of AXUDAS PARA O FOMENTO DA NATALIDADE E O EMPADROAMENTO, approved on 07/28/2010 and published in BOPPO No. 194, on 10/07/2020, and as follows subsequent modifications, published in BOPPO No. 102 dated 30.05.25 and in BOPPO No. 165 dated 01.09.25, on the website. do Concello. The procedure for granting these subsidies will be in a competitive competition regime, by comparing the applications submitted, in order to establish a priority between them following the evaluation criteria established in this call. Orzamentary credits The orzamentary application to which the subsidy is attributed is the following 231,480, and the maximum total amount of the subsidies called is 10,000.00 euros. 3. Object, conditions and purposes of the subsidy The purpose of the subsidy is to promote births and empadroamento non Concello. The amount of the subsidy may not exceed 1,000.00 euros per child or child adopted in the corresponding period between 01/01/2025 and 12/31/2025. In the case of multiple births, you are entitled to obtain an additional 40% for a second child, and 20% for subsequent children. The aid will consist of a delivery of 1,000 euros that will be delivered in the year the subsidy is awarded. 4. Requirements Two applicants will be beneficiaries of the subsidy: parents or adopters of minors with fixed residence in the Concello da Lama, who must be registered at least 12 uninterrupted months in advance, or a crime that motivates a request for assistance. Furthermore, in order to obtain the status of beneficiaries, two guardians must comply with the requirements that are completed in this Call. 5. Body competent for the investigation and resolution The body competent for the investigation of the file is the Mayor's Office. The competent body to resolve will be the Plenary Session. 6. Deadline for submission of applications and documentation The application will be signed by two guardians or adopters and will be formulated in the model that appears as an annex to this call. Go to the Mayor-President of the Council and present the Council Entry Record or by means of two means indicated in article 16 of Law 39/2015, dated October 1, of common administrative procedure of public administrations. The request for assistance must be submitted during the months of September and October of each year for births or adoptions that take place in the previous calendar year. The following documents must be attached to the request: — Documents that prove the personality of the applicant and, if applicable, the representation of the person making the request (copy of the deed of incorporation or modification, copy of the founding act and statutes, copy of the DNI, etc.). — Birth certificate of the newborn issued by Civil Registry corresponding to the case of births. — Judicial Resolution in the case of adoptions. — Certificate of registration of the beneficiary that certifies effective residence in the Municipality for at least the last 12 months on an uninterrupted basis, as well as cohabitation of the beneficiary as a newborn or co-adopted. — Certificate of being current with your tax and Social Security bills, as well as with Concello-type calquera bills (Facenda do Estado, Facenda da Xunta de Galicia and Tesourería da Seguridade Social). — Bank account certificate (IBAN). 7. Resolution and notification period The resolution and notification period will be three months. The expiration of the maximum period without the legitimate resolution being notified to the interested parties to understand that the application for granting the subsidy has been rejected due to administrative silence, as established in point 5 of article 23 of Law 9/2007, dated 13 June, on Galician subsidies. 8. Reformulation of requests The regulatory bases contained in the Ordinance are not provided for. 9. End of the administrative route The resolution act of the subsidy exhausts the administrative route.
