PURPOSE OF THE AID. Granting of aid or subsidies to the families of students from public educational centers, of early childhood education of the second stage with address in the City Council of Nigrán, with the purpose of acquiring textbooks and/or school supplies necessary for the 2026-2027 academic year 2. BENEFICIARIES. Those family units that are registered in the Nigrán City Council, reside in this municipal area effectively, and have minors enrolled in public centers in the municipality that attend early childhood education, 2nd stage, in the 2026-2027 academic year may be beneficiaries of the aid. In any case, these aids are incompatible with other subsidies, aid or income for the same purpose. 3. REQUIREMENTS. To be eligible for aid, it is an essential requirement that the economic income of the family unit conforms to the scale established in the bases and the other requirements established therein are met. 4. BUDGET. The amount of the call to be made in accordance with these rules amounts to 5,000 euros, charged to item 231.48900 of the general budget for 2026. 5. TYPES OF AID The aid will consist of the payment of the cost of books and/or school supplies, with an amount of €65 for each child enrolled in early childhood education in a public center in the municipality for the course 2026-2027. 6. JUSTIFICATION OF THE SUBSIDY The beneficiaries must submit to the General Registry of the City Council, or by any of the formulas established in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, the supporting documentation for the subsidy granted, before November 30, 2026.
