Official description of the call
First. —Regulatory Bases. These subsidies will be governed by the provisions of this call, in Legislative Decree 2/2023, of May 3, of the Government of Aragon, which approves the consolidated text of the Aragon Subsidies Law; in Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies; in the General Regulations of the Subsidies Law approved by Royal Decree 886/2006, of July 21; in Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations; in Royal Decree 130/2019, of March 8, which regulates the National Subsidies Database and the advertising of subsidies and other public aid; in the General Subsidies Ordinance, published in BOPZ no. 32, dated February 10, 2025, (https://perdiguera.sedelectronica.es) and in the remaining administrative law rules that may be applicable, and failing that, the private law rules. Second. — Purpose and conditions of the subsidy. The purpose of this subsidy is to support families with the expenses incurred due to the birth or adoption of a child throughout the period between January 1, 2026 and December 31, 2027. Third. — Requirements to obtain beneficiary status. Natural persons who, in addition to meeting the general requirements established in the ordinance, meet the following requirements may access the status of beneficiaries: a) Being Spanish or a foreigner with legal residence in Spainb) Residing and being registered in Perdiguera, at the time of the application and for at least one year prior to the submission of the application. The father and mother must be registered at the time of the aid application except in the case of divorce or separation or single-parent families, where only the applicant will be required to be registered. c) Having had a child or adopted on the dates between January 1, 2026 and December 31, 2027. In the case of adoption, it will be an essential condition that the adoptee be under 3 years of age. d) The baby must be registered in the domicile of the applicant at the time of the application. e) Prove having made the expenditure on items necessary for the care and upbringing of the baby of those contemplated in article 15 of this call. f) Be up to date with the fulfillment of your tax obligations or with the State Tax Administration Agency and with the Social Security (General Social Security Treasury), as well as the absence of any debt pending payment with the Community Treasury Autonomous (organs of the Tax Administration of the Autonomous Community of Aragon), and also not have outstanding debt with the Perdiguera City Council. g) Not incur any of the circumstances provided for in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. Fourth — Application Submission Deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be from the publication of the extract of the call in the BOPZ until December 31, 2027.
