Eligible actions. a) Requirements: Those indicated in article 8 of Order STE 74/2021, of November 17, of the Ministry of Sustainability, Ecological Transition and Government Spokesperson, modified by Order EIE/ 22/2024, of April 16. b) Eligible costs. b.1) Products with energy classification regulated by Directive 2010/30/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council, of May 19, 2010, relating to the indication of the consumption of energy and other resources by energy-related products through labeling and standardized product information and which was incorporated into the Spanish legal system through Royal Decree 1390/2011, of October 14: - Dryer with energy class A++ or top. - Oven, energy class A+ or higher. - Induction hobs (induction technology only, not mixed). - Extractor hoods A++ or higher. b.2) Products according to the current energy classification (Regulation EU/2017/1369 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of July 4, 2017): - Refrigerator or refrigerator-freezer with energy efficiency class D or higher. - Freezer with energy efficiency class D or higher. - Washing machine with energy efficiency class B or higher. - Washer dryer with energy class B or higher. - Dishwasher with energy efficiency class D or higher. Fifth. Amount. This call is approved for a total amount of FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND EUROS (500,000 euros), which will be charged to budget item 03.19.01. 4715 780.01 “Domestic efficiency plan” for fiscal year 2026. Sixth. Amount of aid and maximum eligible costs. Deadlines. a) Deadline for the accession of establishments: 10 days from the date of publication of this extract of the Resolution in the Official Gazette of La Rioja. b) Period of validity of the Plan: from September 1 to October 31, 2026 for the reception of applications, unless the available credit has been exhausted. Eventually this period may be extended if the available credit has not been exhausted. c) Deadline for justification by the Collaborating Entity: November 16, 2026. This deadline will be included in the contract with the Collaborating Entity for the management of the aid, which will be signed for this purpose.
