Official description of the call
FIRST. OBJECT: The object is the approval of a second call to request aid for the rehabilitation of buildings and homes in the Combarro Comprehensive Rehabilitation Area (8th Phase), so that the number of actions provided for in the Agreement signed between the Ministry of Public Works, the Xunta de Galicia and the Poio City Council is completed. SECOND. DEADLINES: A period of one month from the completion of the works is established for the submission of the supporting account and the deadline is October 31, 2023, which is the maximum period that allows the justification of the actions before the IGVS and of this before the Ministry as established by the one-year extension of the 2013-2016 state plan and its extension, for its execution before December 31, 2023. THIRD. REGULATORY BASES: This 2nd call for aid for the conservation and rehabilitation of housing in the Combarro Comprehensive Rehabilitation Area (8th phase) will be governed, in general, by the rules of the 1st call for aid for the conservation and rehabilitation of housing in the Combarro Comprehensive Rehabilitation Area (8th phase), published in BOPPO number 3 of January 4, 2018. In In particular, in this 2nd call, as in the 1st call, works in protected auxiliary buildings are not subsidized. On the other hand, the granting procedure will be non-competitive and in strict order of entry of applications. ROOM. BENEFICIARIES They may be beneficiaries of the aid, in accordance with art. 8th of the first call, the legal users of homes, such as owners, tenants or holders of any right of use over them, when the home constitutes their habitual and permanent domicile as it is recorded in the Municipal Register. Persons who own unoccupied homes may also apply for aid as long as the application is accompanied by a commitment to occupy them themselves or transfer or assign them to third parties for rent or by any other admissible legal form, as long as it is as a habitual residence. FIFTH. BUDGET, MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF INDIVIDUAL AID AND MAXIMUM PERCENTAGE OF FINANCABLE EXPENDITURE: For the granting of the aid that is called, the amount of 13,234.60 euros from the Ministry and 3,621.37 euros from the Xunta de Galicia will be allocated. The maximum amount of aid will be 35% and 10% from the Ministry and the Xunta de Galicia, respectively, of the eligible cost of the actions carried out in the homes. They will be financeable as costs linked to the protected actions, or total amount of the action, including material execution expenses, professional fees, industrial profit, notary and registration costs, general and management expenses, excluding taxes, fees and other taxes. SIXTH. DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS: The deadline for submitting applications will be from the day following the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province after its processing from the BDNS and until the credit or the number of actions is exhausted for the duration of the agreement and its addenda.
