Purpose and duration of incentives for contracting as an employee. 1. The incentives for contracting as an employee, the object of this call, are intended to facilitate the employability and employability of the people participating in the DUAL EMPLOYMENT WORKSHOP "VIGO CAPACITA VIII", EXPTE. number: 36/00007/2022, a mixed training and employment project promoted by the Vigo City Council and financed through the 2022 call for aid and subsidies for dual employment workshops, the General Directorate of Labor Guidance and Promotion, belonging to the Department of Employment and Equality. 2. The contract (in the form of an indefinite or discontinuous permanent contract) will have a minimum duration of 3 months. 3. The hiring period will be full time. Article 2. Entities benefiting from hiring incentives. 1. Employers and companies/entities may be beneficiaries of the hiring incentives, regardless of the legal form they adopt, including self-employed persons, civil societies and communities of property, even if they lack legal personality, whose activity is directly related to the training provided in the dual employment workshop, specifically with the certificates of Cooking Professionalism (HOTR0408) and Pastry (HOTR0509 Modules) and Restaurant Services. (HOTR0608) and Bar and Cafeteria Services (HOTR0508) in the field of hospitality, and that hire employees to provide services in workplaces located in the territorial area of Vigo. In the case of civil companies, joint ventures and temporary joint ventures, the execution commitments assumed by each member of the group must be expressly stated, both in the application and in the granting resolution, as well as the amount of subsidy that will be applied to each of them, who will also be considered as beneficiaries. In any case, they must appoint a representative or sole representative of the group, with sufficient power to fulfill the obligations that, as beneficiary, correspond to the group. In the case of temporary unions of companies, each company that is part of this union must meet the requirements to access the aid. 2. Public administrations, public companies, or entities linked to or dependent on any of them may not be beneficiaries of this aid. 3. Not be subject to the prohibitions to obtain beneficiary status provided for in art. 10 of Law 9/2007, of June 13, on Galician subsidies and in art. 13 of Law 38/2003 of November 17, general on subsidies, according to that stipulated in the bases of the call. 4. Applicant entities that are excluded from access to the benefits derived from the application of employment programs will not be able to obtain the status of beneficiary entity, in accordance with that established in article 46 and 46 bis of the consolidated text of the Law on infractions and sanctions in the social order, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 5/2000, of August 4. 5.
