Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: The sole owners of residential buildings, the homeowners, the communities of owners of residential buildings under a condominium regime, groups of owners, associative management entities and natural or legal persons who have a real right over the property that allows them to undertake rehabilitation actions, or tenants authorized by the owner. Second. Purpose: To cover part of the costs of carrying out works or maintenance and intervention work in buildings and homes, fixed installations, own equipment and common elements, in order to adapt them to current regulations and always within the scope of the Combarro rehabilitation area in the Poio City Council. Third. Regulatory bases: The regulatory bases are published in the Pontevedra BOP No. 245, dated December 26, 2022, and on the website and transparency portal of the Poio City Council (www.concellopoio.gal/). Room. Amount: The maximum amount of aid will be determined based on the protectable budget of the action and may not exceed 50% of the eligible cost of the action up to a maximum of 25,000 euros for each home undergoing rehabilitation. In homes in which the income of the resident cohabitation unit is less than 3 times the IPREM, the maximum percentage of aid on investment may reach 85%. For works to improve accessibility in homes with disabled residents or residents over 65 years of age, it will be possible to obtain a subsidy of 85% of the cost of the action. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications: Three months from the day following the publication of this extract in the BOP of Pontevedra through the BDNS.
